Jefuemon would be the expert on them but I would prime mine black or grey so the inner frame appears black or metal, then airframe colour the top coat.

yeah I know the feeling, I have so many VF-1s that have stalled at the canopy stage. This maybe should be stickied?

Reading Jefuemon's latest build of a Resin VF-22 he mentioned canopy paint masks. honestly... I think they can still work. The city battle is in the Ataria Island era so the battroids are VF-1s and they are a little shorter. Also if I keep them in the distance from the VF-1s perspective will remove some of the height issues. Next to 1/144 ground staff and vehicles they are still imposing and come in at 3 N scale stories high. I am also about to acquire a resin 1/144 Spartan so that should be interesting!

Wow, your attitude sucks big time! Its the holidays and Shawn has a family same as anyone else. Its a major job to transfer everything over and restore the formatting so relax and give him time to do it AND enjoy his break. And a point to remember... he's not getting paid by you or anyone else to do this.
