Photoshop added colors make this go WOW!!! http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/attachments/transformers-news-rumors/27249774d1313940787-full-looks-tfc-devy-_2697749549l.jpg NOW the whole thing looks unified and proportioned. And G2 style look hot too. I'll get the Maketoys also if they do a run in this scheme (nice way to set both designs appart even more). http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/attachments/transformers-news-rumors/27249775d1313940787-full-looks-tfc-devy-_1971406944l.jpg

Ok, that chest shield does wonders. Sad that the other leg is just CG but the whole thinks looks real now. That said I also find, like many on TFW2005, that the head is a bit big. If they add a second smaller one with a visor this could look great. Not-Long Haul could have been bigger to help the proportions too (makes the waste look too skinny). Still love the football player shoulders of the MakeToys one.

I have the fist part of the TFClub Devy and it is sure big. I think that full Devastator will be about the size of Unicron. I still want to see the full form before continuing getting the parts. They are supposed to show it today. Hope they include the chest shield too because the early shots without it make their Devy look a bit boring compared to the MakeToys one. The MakeToy one does look more muscular thanks to keeping the treads in the G1 toy form. Really need the full TFClub to compare because the Maketoys has some great little detail.

What Current Anime Are You Watching Version v4.0
Twoducks replied to wolfx's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Started My little Pony, fun stuff, but then I got into The Venture Bros and haven't been able to watch anything else. Laughing my a$$ off. The show is a gem! Go Team Venture!! -
I too got Sentinel and I must say I've had a lot of fun with it. Transformations isn't as frustrating as some people say. I thought the chest looked too stupid from the pics but I'm really glad I got it. Don't know about Bee but Leader Ironhide has limited articulation and a very very simple transformation. That said, it looks incredibly cool, especially once you unglue the head to move it and keep the mouth piece down. He also has tons of weapon gimmicks. Really happy with it too.

Yamato 1/60 VF-19 Fire Valkyrie (v2.0)

Now THAT is an awesome custom Basara! -
Missed the boat the last time Graham said on his sign that he had extra arms. This means that there are more?

Well, if we nitpick about weapons and historical inaccuracies then... why the hell doesn’t anybody complain first about how in EVERY historical/medieval inspired movie all the women have perfectly shaved legs, armpits or any facial hair?

I was told that the series was worth watching. Just finished seeing the first season and I actually liked it a lot, specially the last two episodes. As said, the human girl really is the stuff of legends in regards to how annoying she is. View the humans as the Autobots personal Tamagotchi (those annoying digital pets that people for some strange reason kept around) and just focus on the great robot interaction. That said, there are some humans that make this story very interesting. Optimus is pretty much the one from G1 and the Animated movie: perfect wise leader and hero. Nice but he is just too perfect, kinda miss the doubts of Primal and Animated Optimus. The rest of the Autobots have nice personalities, specially Arcee and Bulkhead. Mute Bumblebee, has some good action scenes but his character is as mute as his voice (he does have a good episode with a certain Decepticon). I liked Megatron and Starscream is just fantastic in this incarnation. Animation is really good with some great fighting scenes. Can't wait for season 2.

OMG, OMG, OMG! I think the legs will look chunkier from the sides. Besides, the VF-19 Kai's legs also don't look as chunky on CAD as they do in real life. -
The Amazing Spider-Man, on Blu-Ray/DVD Nov. 9, 2012
Twoducks replied to areaseven's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I couldn't care less for another telling of the origin of Spidey but that trailer actually makes me want to see it. Sad thing is that Parker looks too emo. I can probably kiss a funny wisecracking Spider-man goodbye. Too bad since I already found the Raimi one too whiny. -
I'm digging the Helicarrier but what happenend to the triagle on Iron-man? Wasn't it a big plot point of IM2? Still, that lovechild armor of the MKIV and Warmachine looks nice.

Yeah I know Blackout is just nerd wishes, a very demanded but still a nerd wish. But Shockwave . As for Soundwave, his satellite form had a big impact on the second movie (one of the very few good parts). On the third it was mostly Laserbeak hogging the action. More really good stuff for TF Prime coming. Voyager Skyquake and Deluxe Knockout look very nice. Heck, except for Voyager SS (the deluxe looks almost the same), they all look kick ass. Liking HA DOTM Leadfoot too. http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/san-diego-comic-con-33/sdcc-2011---hasbro-trasformers-panel-live-172879/

One rumor comes from Seibertron: Megs and Shockwave. The other from the Spawn.com forums from the guy that got his hands on the first voyager Shockwave way before anybody else: Megs and Ratchet. Add salt and the "kids don't buy Decepticons" mantra. Shockwave turns into... whatever, so it would be a waste. Cool robot but a rubbish Alt mode that doesn't even appear in the movie. Ratchet has appeared on all the movies and turns into something... but can't fix scrap. Boring also but it could turn out cool. Conclusion: we need Blackout/Grindor. Helicopters have room for lots of gimmicks for the kiddies and awesomeness for the adults.

The new toys for Transformers Prime are looking awesome. Specially voyager Prime and Bulkhead. Hope they finally show Leader DOTM Megs. Both rumors I've read that talk about new movie Leader figures agree on Megatron as one of them.

A movie about a cartoon that wanted to help the planet but that a lot of people in the Internet hate in a visceral way. Yes please!! And Renato is right. That guy IS Ma-Ti. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PLANET!

Just got my Leader Ironhide. Even though some hate it, I really like the color of the legs. Robot mode really looks good but the clicky joints on mine are very loose. The rest is just as Negotiator says. The whole leg transformation is soooo simple that you feel cheated. Definetly payed to much for it. Buy only if you like the cool looking robot statue and like lots of weapon gimicks. Anybody care to share how they feel about Leader Sentinel? I've seen it in stores and it's groing on me, even with his huge bra size chest.

Transformers: Age of Extinction - in theaters June 27, 2014
Twoducks replied to taksraven's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
The problem with Bay's TFs is that the scripts are a piece of $hit, not the designs. TF1 was a good compromise between the studio’s fear about a film with just robots and of a story about transforming robots. But instead of going forward with this they just made more cheap jokes and added more eccentric humans to glue the action scenes together. If they only left the damn robots interact with each other. When the camera sits more or less still and the robots don't move too much, you can see them. Best parts of TF3 are the very few parts were they actually interact with just themselves. Question: can anybody remember the face of any of the humans that go to Chicago in TF3 or at least how many they were? I only remember the three humans that had long speaking parts in the other two films. They don’t have faces made out of scrap iron or train wrecks and yet they pass as faceless blobs as do the background robots. We only get good non action shots of Prime, Bumblebee and Sentinel… how the hell can people remember or distinguish the other robots that only appear in the background or in some frames of the action scenes? If Shia or Fox had only appeared in the background and in some frames of the crazy edited action scenes, we wouldn’t recognize them either. Fandom bitched and moaned when TF Animated showed the radical new designs and the human characters. But the thing was well written and now Animated is missed. Same happened with Beast Wars and its radical new approach to TF.- 950 replies

The phrase "Heroic Autobots" does not apply here. If you are not Witwicky, you are an ant to them. Instead of saving Shia over and over, they could have done it with some random humans... now that would have been been a surprise. Ever since Prime pulled a Dirty Harry at the beggining of TF2 I've found the Bayautobots on the douchy side. -
Here comes another 3rd party Devastator (and a complete proto to boot!). Let the Not-Devastator wars begin! http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/3rd-party-unlicensed-41/maketoy-update-giant-from-build-series-172788/ Combined form looks great and has a nice size. The bot modes look weak. The TFC version, while bigger, looks less detailed (and we are yet to see two more Constructicons).

Nostalgia Critic's short video review is up. Poeple should watch the first two reviews to get the style they are done in. A character spinoff was created later to do the short reviews in that style(called Bum Reviews, done by a bum). TF 1 I love the review for ROTF. TF 2 Start at 2:26 to get to the real review: TF 3
