I heard the next DVD isn't going to be until like March of this year.

yo VF Strike Valk, I'm in Ventura and I can never find any new Alternators ever. I check out the Walmart in Oxnard and the Targets in Oxnard, Ventura, and Camarillo pretty regularly. The newest Alternators I've ever seen in store around here was Tracks and that was before Christmas . Now there are just Silverstreaks, Hounds, and Sideswipes (still!!!).

I like 2 because of its simplicity, but 1 is okay as is.

I like 10 a little better than 21, but in the end, I'll take whatever gets made.

okay, so I finally just finished out Mac0 and here's my take. The story wasn't what I wanted or expected from Macross Zero, so in the end, I found the entire OVA to be okay. It seemed like the entire series was kinda building to a final showdown of Roy vs DD and Shin vs Ivanova, and to have them both be blasted by the AFOS was unexpected, but I feel that it fit in with the way the Mac0 story was presented. In the end I feel that Macross 0 was more about the AFOS, war and peace, nature vs technology. I never got an idea of a good vs evil fight between the UN and Anti-UN forces. In the end the UN won and are the protagonists in SDF Macross, so I think some would jump to the conclusion that the UN was the good guys and the Anti-UN were the bad guys, when the distinction could be more gray, less defined. More of "History is written by the victors".

it does, but the BestBuy I went to in Oxnard, CA sold out of the one with the box, I had to get the Volume 1 DVD and soundtrack combo, not bad though. After finally seeing this show, its good, I like it. Now I gotta wait till March for volume 2.

volume 1 of the DVD just dropped yesterday, I'm thinking of getting it since I'm currently without broadband and a computer.

True that, that really throws me off with these newer TF shows, having Prime sound almost like G1 Peter Cullen Prime, but not. The new Galaxy Force figures look neat, though I can't convince myself to get anything other than Alternators. Somehow the complex transformation and realistic car modes makes them okay in my mind , whereas the garish colors of the Energon line put me off as too kiddie . Alternator/Binaltech Jets would kick ass .

sorry to pull up an old thread, but I just finished watching Evangelion for the first time. searched and read over a couple threads I found here at MW and on other sites. I'm still thinking about/contemplating what exactly happenned at the end. Right now I don't hate the show and ending, but I can't say I like it either, because I'm still trying to figure it all out. I'm going to get End of Evangelion soon and see what that does for me. Just wanted to comment on the series w/o creating a whole new thread.

I believe someone brought that up a couple pages earlier, but I could be mistaken. As far as I can tell, it's pretty much just a MP Prime painted white. It was shown with all the same accessories as MP Prime. So far its not worth it IMO, at least change the weapons HasTak.

That'd be awesome to see some seekers. I just got Tracks this week, I really like him, he's just so heavily armed .

I think you need to hack your cellphone and get a data cable to transfer files from your computer. Then you can put in your own ringtones, wallpapers, etc. I think the site is cellphonehacks.com or something like that

Thanks. I'm familiar with Valkyrie Exchange. I'm not so familiar with TMPAnime. Is it possible to tell what the shipping charges would be with these two with out actually having to place a pre-order? If they are similiar I think I'd rather go with Valkyrie Exchange even though he's $5 more simply because I've heard many positive things regarding Valkyrie Exchange, not that I've heard anything negative about TMPAnime. Anyone here have stong feelings one way or the other? Feel free to PM me if you don't want to say something publically. Just wanting to be an informed consumer. Thanks, Carl They're both excellent e-retailers and I think both come in around the same price with shipping and all that (couple dollars difference, it's been a while since I've ordered anything Macross related ). As for shipping, you could probably e-mail them both. I highly recommend both (Neova is also a good guy to get Macross stuff from, he's in Hong Kong, so if you really need things when they first come out, talk to him Neova). Only thing is, Valkyrie Exchange mainly deals with valks and macross, he does have some other things too. TMPAnime has a wider variety of anime products.

Hey guys, I was wondering if the QC will improve on later Alpha MPCs as they did on the later released Veritech MPCs. I'm currently looking at the Green and Shadow Alphas and might possibly buy one. I was always a fan of the Alpha and Cyclone since this is the only game in town aside from old Gakken Alphas. I just don't want to deal with the hassle that the Scott Bernard Alphas seems to entail.

Word, Tecmo Super Bowl is still my #1 football game to play. You could sub players, change around your playbook, there were injuries. Sure, you'd get like 100 sacks a season and throw 100 yard touchdowns, but that was all part of the fun of the game. Frosh year, me and my roommate played a couple seasons at least first semester. He'd be a NFC team and I'd be an AFC team. Sometimes we'd be good teams, sometimes we'd pick crap teams. Sucks that EA took exclusive rights for liscensed NFL games. Sega was just putting it all together this season.

I can't say I have a professional opinion as I don't own a gun, yet, and have only fired an AK-47 (in Vietnam couple summers ago when my family went back on vacation. that gun has quite a kick). From what I understand though, bullpup configuration allows you to make the gun more compact in size which gives the weapon operator more control and reduces recoil and gun climb. So from that standpoint I think they'd be good, though I'm no expert. The FAMAS and Steyr AUG are two other bullpup assault rifles (I think the Steyr Aug is a cool looking rifle).

I've never watched a whole series in one session (not for lack of trying though ). Usually I go from 1 episode a day to 1 disc a day, time permitting. I did watch the first two Animego Macross Boxes straight through. Would've started the third, but sunlight coming through the window told me I ought to go to bed

Dude, props to you for scoring a sweet deal, getting a 1/48, Fast-Packs and a 1/60 Strike for that price. 1/48s are totally awesome, but the 1/60s do have there charm. You can tell yourself you are happy with 1/48, but secretly you want more, possibly all of them . Especially now with the 1/48 GBP armor coming out.

yeah, recently bought Silverstreak when alts were on sale at Target (right before Thanksgiving) and mine is a LHD version. Still looking for old Grimey.

I'm gonna go with no on those custom heads fitting in MP Prime in Truck mode. The original head is a tight fit as it is already. Even so, those heads are pretty nice looking, and the hands are pretty cool too. MP Prime's hands are pretty articulated already, but those just go above and beyong. If the head/hands come pre-painted, I might consider getting a set.

word, I remember seeing a thread about this crazy awesome gerwalk armor. hmm, now it seems I must buy more 1/48s for all this armor goodness
