So I've been playing since release and overall I like the game. It's still more or less Oblivion with guns, but it works and Bethesda did a great job getting the feel of the Fallout universe. Has bits of that Fallout humor we've all come to love and though it is not a perfect game, I find Fallout 3 to be a worthy addition to the franchise. One thing that really bugs me is how head shots result in a decapitation 90% of the time. I would have liked to see heads exploding or just some more variation in the deaths. The Railroad Gun spiking head to the wall is pretty neat though. I'm at Level 14 doing mostly side quests, I just met Three Dog and got his quest to go to the Museum of Technology.

Nice, enjoyed episode 2. A lot of factions this time around with their own agendas, cool Action pretty solid so far, can't wait to see the prison break Right now I'm most interested in how the relationship between Allelujah and Soma Peries.

Have only watched episode 1 so far, episode 2 has been dled but just sitting here. Interesting, I'm intrigued by the show and want to see more.

I plan on jumping on MSG:00 Season 2 when that starts. In the meantime, I think I'm gonna watch SDF:M and Macross 7. I haven't watched either series in a couple years.

So I just did a session with episode 24 and 25. I found the series and ending to be solid and satisfying overall. I'd rank Macross Frontier second behind SDF:M/DYRL as my favorite series . Loved all the action and nods to Mac+ and SDF:M/DYRL. Macross Attack! Kakizaki lives!! Alto/Klan and Alto/Brera fighting back2back a la Max & Milia!!! Ranka singing Ai Oboete Imasuka brought a big grin to my face. I never get tired of that song!!!! They did lay it on a bit thick with explaining everything in regards to Grace's plan, seemed a bit rushed and convenient IMHO. Anytime I watch/read anime and sci-fi, I suspend all disbelief and let myself become engrossed in the world created for me by the author/creator. It never got TOO ridiculous for me not to go along with it. At first I was disappointed to see no resolution of the Alto - Ranka - Sheryl triangle, but after watching the end again it fits the show and is a good ending. It was a great ride while it lasted and I am sad to see Macross Frontier end. Thank you Kawamori-San for a job well done. I feel like watching SDF:M now to see how they compare in my eyes.

I recommend Western Digital Passport external drives. I have a 250 GB in white that I bought on sale for $75 about a year ago. Have had no problem with it. They come in 160, 250, and 320 GB. Small, portable, runs on the USB. I don't carry it around with me, so I don't know how well it would handle daily transports, but seems durable enough to handle that.

I'm gonna wait for some more final pics, but current results don't look promising. Oh well, I guess I don't have to get this valk. More money for me

Cool episode, just kinda moving along here. I'm such a hopeless romantic that I was saddened by the episode, how Sheryl is accepting her death as inevitable and Alto realizing that he may have to kill Ranka "for the greater good". I can't wait for the epicness of next episode.

I don't know if some variation of my theory has been mentioned before, but I'm going with the syrupy sweet ending. Sheryl and Alto get together in the end, Ranka uses her Vajra powers to cure Sheryl and take the Vajra away so Frontier can colonize the planet. Can't get more Disney than that

I'm interested in this one. I'll give it a whirl along with Gundam 00 Season 2.

since this is the remake thread, looks like with the success of Dark Knight and poor showing of Superman Returns, WB is going to reboot Superman here a la Marvel and the Incredible Hulk.

good to hear, cuz it's a minor annoyance and never takes more than 5 seconds to appear anyway. back to killing aliens and saving the galaxy

So after a couple weeks of not watching, I finally caught up on Macross Frontier. Just watched episodes 18, 19, & 20 and the series is as good as ever if not better. A lot of things were laid down and I'm back into the Macross groove, I love it. The new intro and song are great, it fits the show now that all the characters are established. Can't wait to see the Battle Frontier transform and in action. I was surprised and saddened to see Michel go, though he went out in style. I was hoping to see him and Klan tear up the Vajra like Max and Millia tore up the Zentradi in SDF:M and DYRL. Loved all the Monster love we've been getting the past couple episodes though I'm still waiting to see it in battroid mode.

So nothing new to report on the Macross Frontier Toy front eh? I hope the Alto and Ozma come with Super/Armor Packs and I really hope they come with the Reaction Missiles.

so I just got this for PC and I'm really enjoying it. One question though, is there a lot of texture pop in in the PC version? It's nothing major, just noticed a couple times when I go into dialogue, I'll notice background objects pop in. Just a couple seconds and there it will be. I haven't noticed missing textures or anything, just some pop in. Otherwise, a fantastic game, Bioware has done it again.

gah, I do like the Defender though the Tomahawk is still my fave. I will definitely be getting a Tomahawk at least.
