An older email I have says that NY has the Kairos from the 24th (originally to be released on the 31st), so if you are waiting for NY there probably won't be any cool news until Sat.

Had an order accepted at HLJ after an eternity, but 35 mins later no confirmation email. I wish they wouldn't give you the confirmation screen there unless they meant it ;-| Snagged one at AmiAmi so I'm still fine.

This will be the most Macross stuff I've had on pre-order at one time: Premium Max, Premium Milia, 2 Kairos, Premium SDF 1, Mirage Super parts, Premium VF-0S, Hikaru HMR, and hopefully very soon the VF-31S

eXis10z - it's just under 85 minutes. If you have Win 10, you can bring up the Clock app, put it on World Clock, and then verify what the time is in Japan.

Just got my shipping notice from NY, so guessing that Spanner's will also have shipped as he was in line before me.

Definitely a case of balancing the price hike versus knowing how much I'd regret it if I didn't buy it when there was an opportunity (or see the loss aversion cognitive bias article on Wikipedia). If it hadn't been available, I'd have lived without it. But when it went from being seemingly impossible to get to purchasable ... well ... I don't think we'd be here if we were exemplars of restraint when it came to purchasing Valks ;-)
