    Typically game sequels do better and there are so many examples supporting this too. That being said, expectations will be high as the first game is on such a high pedestal. To be honest I would have been cool with a Dead Space like remake too.

    Update on BAD MONKEY that it gets really interesting close to half-way in the series. Guess it just took a few episodes to build up, lol.

    Took the family to see THE WILD ROBOT. Good movie and great soundtrack that added to the feel of the film with some teary moments for my wife and daughter. Best piece of movie music I've heard all year too!

    I'm still trying to wipe my mind of Romulus so I'm playing ALIENS: Dark Descent for the third time in a row!

    YELLOW JACKETS was unexpectedly good. Also had vibes from LOST too. Cool to see all the hot actors from the 1990s in it, lol. On a side note we tried watching SLOW HORSES on Apple+ but couldn't get stay tuned to it after 3 episodes so we moved on to BAD MONKEY. Has some decent moments but won't care for another season. Further side note we signed onto the MAX, Hulu, Disney+ bundle for $30 a month which seems like a good deal however I won't be surprised if the subscription price increases by this time next year, ugh.

    I hope its around, I just signed up for another year at 50% off!! LOL. Paramount+ is good, especially if you like Taylor Sheridan's work.

    Doubt it'll be NETFLIX as this is a Paramount film. Maybe Paramount+? But still, T1 deserves a sequel.

    Took my son (7) and daughter (10) to see TRANSFORMERS ONE today. My son was indifferent but my daughter really enjoyed it, especially the action scenes. I enjoyed it too, way better than I expected. Lots of lore and myth from the Transformers universe too. Excited and curious to see what TRANSFORMERS TWO brings.

    Watched The White Lotus on MAX. Very "HBO" if you know what I mean and didn't know what to expect but it was really good!

    My wife is a huge HP fan and saddened by this news. On a side note Maggie's sons are actors and I liked Toby Stephens works.

    Mickey 17 looks well made but have no interest in paying to see it in a theater as it looks like a borrows too heavily from MOON (2009) and Groundhog Day/Edge of Tomorrow.

    Just finished CIVIL WAR. I think people were expecting a true war film but that's not what it is. Even though it had some tense action there is some deep underlying art in the film. Basically the film is a snapshot or photograph of what a modern USA civil war could look like but with no explanation, narration or "world building." Overall I thought CIVIL WAR was a good film and better than all the crap fan service sequels I've seen this year.
