Just many comments about Gerwalk I read give that impression. I agree with being able to see into the "office" and seeing the pilot.

Most of my Macross models are 1/144-1/72, with one or two 1/48 fighters.

Been wondering why Gerwalk mode is disliked. It is my fav mode with Battroid being the least liked. Being a mix of fighter and robot it is the most interesting mode and IMO the most aggressive. Just curious.

Feeling under the weather meaning an easy modeling day and staying. Will finish gluing the SDF-1 and fixing the Pose, plus temper a bit with some other kits. Will be taking the 1/12 Mospeada Ride Armor out if its Bleach bath and wash it using a toothbrush. Not all of the chrome undercoat lifts by itself. Photo taking tomorrow.

Grrr, I hate when this happens, just have enough of one colour left to NOT finish a build. Got 4 projects like that and this months budget is used.

RG kits to have very small in them. Be careful.

Bandai still issues plated versions of some kits, they also sell all clear cast kits. Wonder why neither come out good looking.

Personally I find HLJ packaging rocks, might cost a tad more? Recall one parcel recently arriving and it got wet and dented, Yamato driver insisted I open it in front of him and check contents. These days the driverS verify the I am home before fetching the parcel if it rains. Add in COD for Yamato or 2 week payment at convenience store after arrival for Sagawa. Plus we can set day and hour for delivery. Got to love japan.

Japan tends to release 9 items for one overseas. Right now Gundam Thunderbolt (manga) is big with many kits from it coming out. Fads are indeed fast here, many going off into questionable directions. -

Given my experiences in Japan. Soon interest in GBF will fade away as LBX Danball Senki has already. Fades here come fast and disappear even faster, same counts for food and most products. Example: Macross Frontier is dead now except for diehard Macross fans. -

I never pay for an item up front, seen to many 'Makers' take the cash or you had to wait for ages due to family, work, etc problems. Worst are they guys that need X-Orders and maybe half up front before they can produce x-iterms. Usually very bad communication too.
