Yes, it does get better, but you really didn't like it when Basara's VF-19 transformed and he shot the speaker pods into that Varuta while singing Tokugeki Love Heart? That was bad ass. Get the fansubs or bootlegs and watch more. I cheated myself out of Macross 7 for years for that same reason. We're not the first ones to do that. Everybody watches 3 episodes of Macross 7 and gives up on it.

The Streamline Pictures dub is by the same directors and almost the same voice actors as when they made it into Robotech The Movie at HG. They actually made the dubbing worse, and that's really really bad. It's also cut.

My vote's for Macross 7.

I've got TV Theme Song Best/Super Best, which has almost all the good songs, and mp3s for the rest. My favorite is... Dancing Star or Good Luck or Rock The Planet. I also have Yuko Matsutani Songbook (singer of Lum no Love Song sings other UY songs) and Digital Trip 1800. I thought Digital Trip 1800 was the techno but it's the songs played on an old synthesizer.

It did look like the beginning was abrupt. Shouldn't it fade in or something?

Carl Macek's SV-51 is nice, but nobody could ever top Tommy Yune's creative work of genius, YF-1R. Don't you wish they could take out the music? That's always been a major flaw in the plot of Macross.

Do the ASS subs of Macross 7 count? heh yeah, but that's are the only way I have to watch Macross 7 right now until I get the DVDs. By the time AiA gets their's done, I might not need it anymore. It's true the subtitles are made up and badly timed and the encoding is very poor. That's a case where you could get a better fansub, when there are technical glitches that keep you from enjoying the show or simple Japanese phrases that are subtitled with something else completely.

How great does a fansub have to be? Anyone see a line that was made up compared to what you heard?

That looks like one of the Zentradi fonts. It's probably the katakana for the credits in Zentradi.

From what I've gathered, "Kadun" is basically their word for Demon. Sara's always talking about them as though they're supernatural things that can be invoked by curses and such. I think so too. Sara tells Shin not to tell anyone "Otherwise... I will invoke Kadun curses upon you".

If your file finishes and it's corrupted, run the bittorrent again and resume that file. Bittorrent will fix it. I do option C (upload 3 and number of uploads 2) because I have a cable modem transfer limit that costs me $20 when I go over it and $20 for every GB after that. This month I went over it again because I couldn't wait for more Macross 7 (just watched ep. 10. I love this anime). Yes, this still makes me like Dennis Leary, but if I'm going to do a big upload, it has to be on a month I'm not watching Ultra Maniac and Macross 7, then downloading Mandrake Linux 9.2, and reading 5 message boards.

I'd go into the chat if other people would show up and be ops. It would be nice to have a Macross chat that's not on Robotech.com.

Which network? If it's on DALnet, it should be moved somewhere else like MIRCX or Aniverse. I think people would go into the chat if there was a Java chat client on Macrossworld.

It may be the number of people you're connected to. Maybe using too much of your upload bandwidth makes communication slower with the tracker and other downloaders.

I'd want a 1/48 VF-19 Kai. Comes with speaker pods and a nicely sculpted Basara figure in the cockpit with his guitar. They could put in electronics so you push a button and he yells "ORE NO UTA WO KIITE!!"

I might try that out. I don't know if it was the torrents or what, but when I tried to upgrade last time, my download speeds didn't seem to be as fast as before. The one I have works so well. I don't want to fix it if it's not broken. My upload almost never goes above 4. It usually stays at 1, 2, or 3. I get up to 100-125 kbps on my cable modem. Macross Zero 3 got up to around 50-60. I finished watching it a few minutes ago.

Sometimes you have to wait up to like a half hour before your client connects to enough other people. Try Bittorrent 3.2.1b (Experimental) and set it to dialup/isdn with the settings at 3 and 2.

Power to the Bittorrent! I uninstalled ac3 and installed yours. I'll be listening to this with headphones or out the TV. Will it make any difference? Does it make it louder or is that just when you have the speakers?

You don't want to be an early adopter of the first of a line of variable toys, especially one from Toynami and Harmony Gold. Preordering Scott Bernard for retail price is a waste of money. This toy is not going to be rare. It's not going anywhere. edit: and there will be something wrong with the first one that'll get fixed in the later Alphas. I remember somebody, Tom or Steve saying there will be a Beta and the Alpha was designed with the Beta in mind.

That's these people buying Robotech 3 times.
