I have not looked that close to the pilot yet.......cool. I did use the f.e. part for the seat (on top) and plan on using the one in back. I guess that's fine.

good point! Can you have the f.e. parts and a figure in the cockpit? Anyway to make that work?

I am just getting started on a vf-1s, I was wondering if anybody has any pics of cockpit build ups?

well it's a 1/72 limited edition Hasegawa kit. I guess I can call the seller but I dont think replacing it is an option. (I got the only one) Is there a 1/72 replacement set??? MicroSol and melt it back into shape? I was wondering if that would work.

I just opened my Minmay gaurd box and was looking over my new buy, to my dismay the decal sheet is dented up by the model sprues. The only real damage is on one of the "purple grids". I can't see if it is riped but it does have a deep dent in it. Do you think it will show? Can you repair decals? Should I make a new one? what do you think? If it was any other "VF" I would just put it down as battle damage.............. Minmay would never have this. (yes, am a dork)

looks great! so.... where did you get the decals? I can't find them.

I am just finishing a build on my missile phalanx. I have not put together the missile pods "arms" yet. I think that the back of the pod where the thrust cones are is.....well lacking. Any thoughts?

I am looking for a good idea or good source for "nose/wing art"? I picked up a vf-1s strike kit and a Missile Phalanx kit. I was kinda thinking of somekind for "ace pilot division" theme. (or something like that) maybe something like this...........
