Do these transform?

Like what some people mention already: the pic from Dengeki Hobby and the pic from Yamato's early prototype seem to be different. Not sure if this is a transformation error or changes that were made to the factory proto. At the end of the day, I am just hoping that the price for this will not be too outrageous. I for sure am not willing to pay more than $150 for this Monster.
