Just wondering if anyone had a pic of the VF-1J Hikaru sticker sheet? I kinda screwed up applying the "001" sticker to the nose of my VF-1S Roy. I have a VF-1J back at home, so just curious to know if a "001" sticker was included on that. So, can anyone help me out?

Meh, don't feel too bad, I've been here for over a year and didn't know who Grahame was. That and I only figured out what DYRL meant a little while ago. For the longest time I thought DYRL was a kind of plastic or a form of toy construction, but then one day that little light bulb went off and it all became clear!

Ok, this is probably me being a total noob, but who is this Graham fellow and what is his connection to Yamato? I'm sure many of you know, but come on, fill a noob in!

I've often admired the fine work that goes on by many model builders/customizers, so I thought it might be nice to have a show-off-your-stuff thread so people can post pix of their completed pieces, favourites, and just mind blowing stuff. So, like the title says, show us your stuff!

Yep. The fastpack armour that's included in the super VF-1Js is different. It's a slightly different mold and a more blueish colour scheme.

Alright, I've decided to give the Takatoys 1/48 stickers a try. Problem is: I can't find them anywhere. I've been to tmpanime and they're all out of stock. No luck on e-bay either. Anyone know where I can get some?

Just out of curiosity, how much would it cost to get a 1/48 custom painted? For example, repainting a cannon fodder into a low viz?

Well, I'm generally interseted in third party stickers. My one complaint with the Yamato stickers is that the transparent bits aren't so transparent (they're kind of cloudy), and I'm wondering if other stickers would look better. Waterslide decals would probably be the best, but I don't want to go to such lengths. In essense, I'm looking for a quick easy way to make my valks look a little better.

I've been hearing a lot these days about repro stickers and from what I hear they sound kind of tempting. I've looked on tmpanime.com and they have the waterslides. Are there any that are just regular stickers? If so, what are they like in comparison to the Yamato stickers? Some side-by-side comparison pix would be cool. So, what do you think? Worth the money for repro stickers?

1/48 scale VF-19 / YF-19 (yeah yeah I know, pipedream) A decent VF-11B toy 1/48 VF-0S (is that so much do ask for?) Maybe a high quality Yamato Alpha would be cool too.

Well, I'm a little new to this part of the forums, although I often come here to admire the fine work you guys put out. I've always wanted a really nice YF-19 (or VF-19 or whatever variants you want to throw at me) in jet mode, but I'm not exactly one for models. So, out of curiosity, how much would it cost me to commission someone to build and paint it for me?
