  1. The worst being Resurrection, wtf was that?!
  2. Well...maybe after. I just think Yamato is best experienced with minimal crazy Nishizaki tangents.
  3. If you decide to get into the original series, I can't reccomend Yamato 2 enough (second series). Just stay away from Arrividerci (original movie version that was redone into the second series).
  4. :::Ahem::: A MWer personally tested this game for months, so ya'll better appreciate my hard work and go pick that sh!t up!
  5. I just don't get where people come off saying the new ST is less ST than ST. If anything, "I" think it's more ST TV / Movie like than TNG and everything after were.
  6. Especially since it'll take at least another yearto get licemsed.
  7. Totally agree. Space Battleship Yamato is a prime example of ST done right.
  8. I will gladly give you my vote, if you give me $10,000 up front!
  9. I just finished Bodacious Space Pirates. As expected it was pretty fun, with plenty of nods to things that have come before, and OMFG Chiaki should have her own damn show / movie. Next up? Not sure, maybe Welcome to the NHK.
  10. lol at "space fortress yamato."
  11. I'm gonna wait for the bluray. Did you watch after story? If not, then it's not over yet. Just skip that awful movie.
  12. I also enjoyed Aquarion, even if there were a few too many trianing episodes. F%cking epic ending, and some of the best Gattai around. I can't wait to see the new series, of course I still haven't seen the OVA/Movie.
  13. I've got the same box, but I've reversed all my covers!
  14. Watch 7 next.
  15. It's only a never ending loop the movie subscribes to an absolute closed loop theory. The impression I got however was that several divergences were in play. -Original Joe Bruce Willis. -The first Divergence - Younger Joe. -The Second Divergence - i.e. Kill 'em All Kingpin Joe. -Final Divergence - The kid at the end of the movie.
  16. The only thing glanced over in Brotherhood were plots already covered in the first series. Once that was out of the way, Brotherhood trampled the first series underfoot. The first series just ran too far on tangents once they ran out of story.
