#1 is still the sweetest design by far, though do we really need a MW logo on the box? I think it'd look better as is.

Just as long as you don't do that huge ugly-ass thing from Saturn 3 (I think that's what it was called) with Michael Douglas, one of the stupidest looking movie robots ever.

Well, if Mel Brooks is involved, it has a chance of being good at least. Unlike the Blazing Saddles TV pilot (wish I could forget I ever watched that), which he clearly had no involvement in whatsoever.

More evolve would be awesome, The Nu Gundam segment alone was worth the last batch.

As for the Zeta movies, there's a thread here (you have to search for it) but Tomino had said on record he wanted a "happier" tone for Zeta's ending. Less casualties as well from what he was saying. He also said Camille's character was going to be modified some as well. Translation: he got soft, and wants to modify his dark series. How he plans ZZ and CCA to still fit in I have no idea. He isn't "kill em all" Tomino anymore. Honestly, I think it just means he's writing out ZZ, nothing he does should effect CCA.

I'll see if i can dig up some ftp space to upload it to tomorrow. As for resolution, says its 600 dpi, pretty large too.

Wow, the DS is sounding better everyday. Hell, if Konami would do a DS remake of Snatcher that uses the Stylus for investigation....hell, if they did that, I'd buy 2!

Here's a really quick half ass attempt at explaining what I mean about the character triangle on 21.

Am I the only one that likes the character triangle on top? (even if it does have to be rather small...). Perhaps flipping it around so that the bottom edge of the triangle is at the opening of the box would improve its asthetic (as the way it is now would be upside down from any normal view of it). If not that image, might I suggest some varient of this one, which should be thin enough to fit in that space.

Perhaps not a box set for the FX 7 DVD's, but a combo-collage picture box for 7, Zero, II, DYRL, FB 2012, and enough room for the 20th anniv DVD. Is it safe enough to assume that enough Macross fans have all of the above mentioned disc's in some variety or another? Of course I've been hoping he'd do the same kind of thing for all of the Gundam OVA's (08th, 0080, and 0083), instead of just the one for 08th MS that he has.

Hmm, one chance more than the last chance to post, or does that one chance that we posted before count as the one.....whatever. The part I loved most about 7 was the part most seem to have trouble with, Basara. What many misconstrue as arrogence, is merely one man fullfilling his lifetime dream of moving mountains with his music. He's focused, he's direct, he doesn't B.S., and he doesn't let anyone stand in his way of reaching his goal.

Definately #21, and hell, if that one is made, I may pick up the other 9 disc box to hold my other misc box-less Macross DVD's (Zero, II, 20th Anniv DYRL, FB-2012, etc).

I'd go as far to say 7's battle animation was no worse than its contemporary, Gundam Wing.

I remember how happy I was when I found the SUPERDIMENSION FORTRESS MACROSS VHS dub one day at an EB. I hadn't yet tracked down a fansub of DYRL, so it was my first exposure to the film.....kids don't know how lucky they have it today.
