After the whole Global thing, I'm not willing to 100% write off Michel yet, hell, Alto never even got a chacne to get revenge on him for the ass whoopin' he got. Galaxy/Bilner/Grace created cyborg Michel is still a possability. As for Klan being untouchable, bullshit, I'd hop on down to the Zentradi mall, macronize myself, and hit that giant booty in an instant. Simple problems require simple solutions!

Strangely though, Leon & Grace didn't go after Bilner yet. The SMS is clearly an obstacle at this point, I wonder what crazyness Bilner will pull to get Alto & co out of trouble. Secret Battle Class ship to replace the Quarter? Perhaps the Galaxy Fleet was actually hiding from Grace the whole time, and will pop up to aid the civillians. So many possabilities.

Southern Cross is worth a watch too, much more cohesive in its original form, also a bit more tweaked.

Come to think of it, that whole scene did have a bit of a Mu La Flaga feel to it.

And Cotton Hill as the general, truly an awesome episode. Since they killed him off of KofH, hopefully he'll get some more time on VB next season.

First reaction to this episode? BULLSHIT!! Not that I was the biggest Michel fan, more for Klan's sake, even I let loose a couple manly tears. Damn you Kawamori for lulling me into thinking they were finally going to get together, and as such were safe, damn you! I honestly don't them pulilng a Gamlin out on this one. Very nice episode overall though, hell, I'm listeining to Diamond Crevice now.

I actually thought that scene had something to do with communicating to Ranka through Ai-kun. Seemed to me like he was leaving to evolve to somehow aid Ranka in seeing her mother.

it's now up for preorder at NCSX. Judging from the trailor & pics shown so far, I think the flight may be fixed, at least be better than it is in the Gundam games. Shots of fighter's seem to be a lot closer than shots of MA's/Wave Riders in the GB games. Though to be fair, all they really need to do is open the stage boundries.
