Exactly, Micheal Jackson may have been many things, a bit misguided at times, and a self inflicted victim of plasitc surgury, but to label someone a child molsester just because he had a huge target on his back that screamed "$$$" is complete bullsh!t. As far as me goes, I'll be watching my Japanese import DVD of Moonwalker, and hoping someone decides to release Captain EO on bluray with full 3D. Kudo's to a great musical genius, both in his younger years, and 80's pop heyday. It's just too bad we don't have real singers & artists anymore, at least domesticaly.

I'm waiting on Shikabane Hime until it's got a home release. Love Gainax, love the designs, and enjoyed the first 2 episodes I watched streaming, but it's definately something I'd rather watch on my television.

Meh, complaints about the PS3 version are pretty overblown. And I can't help but wonder if it's some fixable glitch due to some error with the install.

That title doesn't sound like the title of a one off movie though, it sounds more like a title that'd be used for a first half of a series. (be it 2 or so). Interesting choice.

I've been thinking the same thing, come on Gonzo, jump on it! I'm really liking their "interpretations" of the classics, are there any others out now aside from Samurai 7, Count of Monte Cristo, & Romeo x Juliet? One interesting thing I've noticed, in a lot of shots, Romeo & Juliet bear a striking resemblance to the DYRL designs of Hikaru & Misa, so much so that I had to check to make sure Mikimoto wasn't on the character design staff.

Did anybody pick up Ghostbusters? Not terribly far in it, maybe just around half way, but I really like the movie feel that was put into it. Not since Evil Dead Regeneratio has so much actual movie character been put into a licensed game.

Too many wasted opportunities for fan service. Also a bit dissapointed in Oshii from borrowing too heavily from Yukikaze & Wings of Honneamise, without keeping any of the good bits. Definately a pretty movie, awesome dog fights, just needed a little more "oomph."

Sweet, thanks. Once I upgrade my heard drive, I'm also going to snag the import version of MGS 4, from what I hear, the Japanese players don't rely on glitches & lag switches to win, and have a much bigger community. I wonder how U.S. players are recieved there.

You know, watching The Sky Crawlers, and thinking back to Shin's F-14 in this game got me thinking. Why bother having just one non-transformable fighter in this game? Why not also have Roy's Dragon II! That's be soo freakin' sweet.

More importantly, why would Big West even have to consider working with HG? I still think Honneamise should have taken a stab at releasing the DYRL HD remaster before they went under, just to see what happened. We know HG is full of bark, but they've yet to actually make a case against anyone with a legit Macross license. Not teh Yamato issue was George Sohn sabotaging Yamato before he left to start up Toynami, there was no actual case brought against them.

Definatey disagree. Trying to hit anything with a mobiel armor was an absolute bitch up until Battle Universe, Ace Frontier definately balances flying & shooting in fighter much better.

I've always been under the belief that there are two methods of folding, Frontier has solidified that for me. First: Fold Bubble/instananious type of fold. This is the type that we more often see in the original series, pretty often in 7, and off & on in later series. This type require's no motion of the object travelling through the fold, with assumedly the entire distance between two points being "folded." The second type seen usually by the Zentradi in the original series, Guld & Isamu in Plus, Diamond Force with Sound Boosters in 7, etc, only "partially" folding the space between two points, leaving the rest of the distance to be manually traveled by the object within the fold. Previously I thought the only determining factor in this type was the stored energy of the fold enigne, & longer distance that had to be travelled, by since Frontier introduced "Fold Fault's, it makes even more sense why this method would be required. The fold fault's also account for the time dialation that Misa spoke of when she & co had been captured, pretty much tying everything up into a neat little bow.

-Lukewarm Tolerated Planet of the Apes -Enjoyed Big Fish for the Terry Gilliam Knockoff that it was -Hated Charlie & the Chocolate Factory -Hated Corpse Bride -Hated Sweeney Todd -Hate that he keeps rapid fire using his wife & Depp -Have lost all faith in Tim Burton -I can't say enough how much I hated Charlie & the Chocolate Factory So no, nothing here is winning me over, Tim Burton is dead to me, and something pretty freakin' amazing would have to happen to turn my head on this movie. Not saying it can't happen, but the past decade has done nothing to give me faith in anything Tim Burton does.
