Also, Universal Bunny should be the games main theme, can't believe how much full of win this song is.

Definately ship specific launch sequences. Battle 7, Battle Frontier, Promethus, & ARMD carrier launches would be freakin' awesome. Also, battleships should just appear themselves, instead of launching from some kind of uber hanger And being able to equip/seperat from sound boosters mid mission would indeed be awesome. For that matter, the Frontier fast packs should also be capable of that.
