    This + New Spidey costume + Favrou off of Iron Man are really making me lose faith in the comic boom that built up. Green Lantern & Cap better not suck. Kickass 2 better also continue kicking ass.

    I think it's something to do with the Japanese licensors. Take a look at the HK release, and you'll see it's on a BD-25, which means the encode isn't as smooth as the Japanese release. They may give the option of taking a lessor encode sooner, or waiting longer to get a proper bitrate.

    I can see it now, at the beginning of hte panel Kev strolls up iwth a crayon written letter: "This panel is inviolation of HG's copyright over everything Robotech, please cease and desist immediately, or we will have to persue legal action against you."

    Alright, the bluray comes out on tuesday, got my copy a little over a week ago. This movie is still incredible after the 4th time watching it. I just wish someone would release an anamoprhic/english sub of EoE.

    Macross TV, DYRL, 7 7 would all look good on bluray, BV has done "HD" remasters in Japan, so there is a decent source to upscale from. Macross II still hasn't had a proper remaster yet though. If it's a matter regarding the masters Manga has in the U.S. though, then there's absolutely no point, since all they have are composite masters, which would look even more craptacular upscaled.

    Ah, I reccomend maxing out the Koenig Monster. That thing's a beast on most of the extra missions. Even though this is an atmospheric mission, stay high, keep switching between battroid(destroid?) & bomber, an alternate gunfire & cannon shells.

    Wing = MSG + G + Zeta Endless Waltz = Z + ZZ ending SEED = MSG/Wing + Z SEED Destiny = MSG/SEED + Z My point being, most AU shows just can't get out of that Zeta dynamic spiral. And yes, Zeta is an awesome story, but it "should not" define all of Gundam. And does not define all of the U.C. My only real problem with X, was that it totally negates what U.C. Gundam has always been about. it spits in the face of the evolutionary aspect, just say "nah, Newtypes are just a random mutation, and not the next level of existence." That, and I freakin HATE D.O.M.E. Like I said, X is essentially ZZ mixed with Orguss.

    Hell, I'm still trying to figure out why I owe Steve Yun an apology for discussing possible (legitimate) routes their new sideproject could take story wise. I guess giving HG original idea's about how to continue a story is against their TOS too I even used "MEMO-SPEAK", you just can't win with those guys.

    Like I said, you can change the colors of just about any unit to a grunt scheme. The VF-25A also has the same head as the G, so you can do any variation between the two you'd like. Most instances here don't require extra grunt variations, just a color swap. And yes, we do still need the VF-3000 & VF-14. But we also need the Pheyos Valkyrie, Variable Glaug, VF-2JA, Zentradi Valkyrie (VF somehting XX), Macross II variations of the Destroids, a standard (non pirate) VA-3, VF-11D Jamming Birds varient, sound boosters for the VF-22S, Valgo, Gigil, Zomd, Goram, Natter Valgo, Gabigula, playable mini-Sivil, playable mini Gabil, military versions of hte EX-Gear, both EX-Gear's to be plaayble during campaign, YF-29, playable Ghost V-9's, playable Macross II Battle Pods, VE-1 Elintseeker, VEFR-1 Funny Chinese, standard RVF-171, Macrross II version of the Macross, a version of Battle Galaxy that has the Ranka hologram system equipped, and the aiblity to purge the fast pack from the VT-1 Super Ostrich. It is still a game in progress afterall.

    That Macross II mission needs a combination of speed, not taking out the capitol ship all at once, and minimal damage. I haven't quite worked it out yet, but only attack the capitol ship when there's no other unit around, and then, only in small bursts, as it will spawn new small units as it loses certain amounts of HP. I don't quite remember which mission Dances with Valkyires was, was it the Klan & Michel version of the Max & Milia arcade mission? If so, then it's just making sure you take everyone out quickly, and don't take damage, in order to get the real last versions of them.

    Can we officially cite Robotech as having the "worst fandom ever" ? And yes, I'm including the fanboy's who infiltrated HG.

    No, U.C. isn't better because of its rich history & lineage, it's better because they don't re-hash previous shows in the newer stories. Look at Unicorn, it's not Zeta, it's not MSG, it's a "little bit" of F91 so far, but it's mostly original awesome.

    Cool news, but I'd still rather have the rest of Exosquad on DVD. Stupid Universal stopping after the first season.

    If they keep churning out the quality of show that they have thus far, then they can take as long as they want. Also, Season 4 is out on bluray today.
