just a reminder, HLJ changed their whole website recently. Please double check your account from address, payment, etc. I wasn't even able to sign into my account today until I reset my password. this way, you won't lose a preorder due to a simple signing-on issue.

no no , not me. But the members that received theirs with broken antenna seem to come from hlj and anime-export. (not enough packaging material, perhaps?) Mykombini packages their stuff pretty well.

oops,, I left out "from" ... I was trying to say maybe if HLJ and Anime-export packaged their items better, the results might be different.

Both my orders from Cdjapan and Amiami arrived today. I'm happy that Cdjapan was able to hold my MB Strike until the yf-19 release date for the combine shipping. Open both of them right away to do a quick antenna check. Both of them is good. Both of these stores do package their items pretty well so I'm sure that helped. The ones that received their yf-19 with broken Antenna were from HLJ and Anime-export, so perhaps better packaging can save it? But if the cause is from the factory then no amount of packaging material would be able to help.

I did the same before and the timing was just as bad. So I mainly only use my international card for overseas orders only and use PayPal when possible so the other site don’t have my creditcard. Unless I needed for non upfront payments like cdjapan . No issue with them so far.

My order from Amazon.jp just changed to Preparing for Shipment now and the charge was just placed on my creditcard . So hopefully they are finally shipping it out .

but bring the sealed box to work, along with all the extra movement in the box , might also snap the antenna too, either way, if you do, please take some pics.

unfortunately, that's the only normal way to check. Unless you have access to an x-ray machine, (similar to the ones uses at federal buildings and airports) With those, you can check and zoom in without opening the SEAL box.

Looks like they forgot to cut out a opening in the clear plastic shell to give the antenna extra room.
