also Amazon.jp and expecially Amazon.com does cancel some preorders from time to time. Mostly for people that preordered late since they have a long open window.

This is base on The Origin ver, with different marking, so the posablilty is already pretty good. It also already have lots of diecast too. I'm sure they will include a DISPLAY stand this time, instead of just the BASE. -
USA and japan have different release dates that’s why it shows April. not available just means it’s sold out . I have never preorder metal build from amazon USA

There’s no preorder discount for premium finish , so it will cost you much more due to no shipping discount from other stores besides Amazon.jp

with you putting in x2 , does that mean you place 2 orders of 2? If so what was the TOTAL amount you paid for shipping? ems or sal shipping? to USA?. because that' would cost different than 1 order of 4 or 4 orders of 1 piece. either way, if you paid the extra for each order as requested, then you need to summit a ticket telling them you already paid for those along with your paypal payment email for those orders.

check your paypal summary to see if your previous payment was processed or not.,.(sometimes there's issues ) Check what was the total you really paid for the shipping of all 4 valks. From Nippon-Yasan to USA by ems. ems for 1 = 5200 yen ems for 4 = 14500 yen If your payment is not close to those numbers by ems, then you are missing a payment somewhere. If it's about right, then you can reply them back with your paypal processed, email.

probably because you order the item after they already adjusted the new shipping charge due to weight/size increase.

They probably didn't sent out your order because you did not pay the additional shipping fee that they asked for in their previous email. Did you place 4 separate orders? or 1 order with 4 valks?

depends on your shipping, if it's SAL, it can take over 2 weeks.

one way or another , glad your question was solved. You can try using a Creditcard next time , so you will only get a pending charge and not have to pay until release date.

If you look at how much you are getting refunded back, you can quickly see if they received the additional charge that you sent them. If they didn't, they will Cancel your order as stated in the email? Were you also suppose to email them back once you paypal them the extra charge? I don't use paypal with them, (creditcard), but they normally ask you to reply to their email for any changes or questions.

you can look it up in your emails. It will have all the transaction info. Since you pay with paypal, and you said you paid the extra shipping amount. So did you get 2 refund?, or did you get a refund of the total, orignal est price, + extra additional shipping charge.?

currently there's none at amazon.jp that will ship internationally. you just got to wait for a seller to post it up that allows international shipping and is also fullfilled by amazon.
