for N-Y orders it's best to to use paypal because they do not honor preorder pricing if your creditcard declines the transaction. or they "CLAIMED" it was declined, I lost a nice preorder discount because of that in the pass.

If you summited payment then you can check your PayPal account. If it’s not there and you didn’t get a email from PayPal or N-Y and there is nothing in your order history then I believe your order was never completed. if you used a credit card then that card might be no good like the one you used for amazon.jp last time .

Another reason for the delay of N-Y shipping out TWE items (missiles) is that they have to use another address beside their own to place the order as P-Bandai place restrictions on how many they can place per address. (24 orders per address). With their no rush policy since everything is already pay for, it can take a while to get some guys from that address to bring it to the office or someone from the office to go get it. And especially with a upcoming preorder night which seem to delay shipment processing even more.

For standard releases you are not preordering from Bandai , you are preordering from the store that have already preordered their stick from Bandai . Iirc , how many of a certain hot item a store can preorder from Bandai will depends on how many other items they normal order or will order from Bandai. Let’s say this store want 50 dx chogokin, well Bandai will tell them base on other items you order from us , the max you can get is 20 dx chogokin, but if you preorder say 50 more sh Figuarts or say 100 more Gundam kits then we can up your number to 30 , maybe haha . Well something like that . It’s so they can push sales on other less demanding items from their other lines . N-Y is a proxy store , they are use to the market price of toys going up and down, they also should already have a network of procuring preorders from local stores and sites (twe and event exclusive) or getting items that became high in demand later on . So for them it’s just normal busy . cdjapan on the order hand is more of a regular store , notice the price of items and hot items does not increase in price even if the demand is off the charts . Their proxy service is like a side job , it’s just something they might as well do for some extra income. So they might not look as hard or keep in touch with the secondary market . Many of their proxy prices are just from other sites . factory production speed and time slot allocation for Bandai’s other products is also reasons why Bandai can’t just increase numbers for Macross items .

Macrosscentral can be wrong too . If you look at the wording of how Bandai Is using “for movie edition vf-1”. It’s similar to that way they used on the missiles too . If it’s only for the vf-1s they would add the “s” to show “for movie edition vf-1s”. all the specific armor parts that’s made only for a particular valk are normally promo and names with the valk in the title or sentence. Delta and frontiers armor parts .

he's not talking about preorder prices or window. He's talking about the possibility of Super/strike packs jumping in price like the Missiles set just after release. These missiles sets pretty much double right after release, that is not a normal pattern of slowly rising.

They will normally do their best to hold the package for you until the rest of your order comes in. It mostly never fails, but there are time when they will mess up, even the best of stores will mess up from time to time. examples:, your item while in hold area, gets damage from drop, flood, fire, crush, or even accidentally resold to another buyer (honest mistake, not due to increasing market price of your item or anything like that ). When that happens what do you think they will do. A simple refund or credit offer is the norm. ,I think HLJ offered a 10% coupon or something along those line when it happen. Im not saying it will happen, but just something to consider when you preorder high demand items together with release dates that are months apart.

The official preorder for the x2 just started. And pbandai only crashed at the beginning, (when all the proxy stores like N-Y rush in to place their presold preorders) the site seems to load fine now.

The price for these missiles is going up fast . It’s gonna be for the Vf-1j. , vf-1a. , and the vf-1s / strike/fastpacks. I can see it running dry very quick now .
