I think there was just too many people abusing at the time. I can't say much for their customer service but their packaging and boxes are excellent.

I would say they were able to get more since not many cancels from amiami this far ahead of release and amiami is not known for happy about people cancelling too many of their preorders . If they were able to get more maybe we will see reopening on hlj too , but that retarded website .............. sigh.....

Looks like you made it just in time , they open for just over 10 minutes , I was able to get one too , so Im thinking they had at least 10 or so this time .

If you have a discount code , you will not need to enter it , you will just need to click the “add” button . Log on to your account select something , add to cart , now go to your cart . You should see a extra line with your discount code already listed under the item and with a button “add” to the right . If you want to use it. Just click the “add” button .

I don’t recall n-Y ever having a changing button for preorder and late-orders . They normally would make a different preorder, 1 for x month release, and 1 for different month release .

Receiving a defective item will be between you and the store which is why it’s a good idea to pay the full coverage proxy fee of 700 yen for long preorders . If they don’t deliver or can’t not deliver then I think it fits in another category for your creditcard . There was a key word that they use for preorder and I can’t seem to remember at the moment

You will have extra protection if you use a creditcard as the form of payment in PayPal. If PayPal don’t take care of it , your creditcard company will get your money back from PayPal, which PayPal would be force to take the money back from N-Y. N-Y is pretty sneaky by posting early December, late April without setting a date for when is considered early or late.

Ops, i just re read what I type and it seem to miss a sentence,..(mobile copy pasta) I understand your point too ,, preorder is not not easy and it's always good to be able to help a follow Macross fan out. But what some people may just see this as a new way to bypass preorder madness. But let’s say they did not catch on to your order along with others that sneak in . And come release date , they will mostly be short and now we are at the stage of shipping out peoples orders , depending on how their process is at holding someone’s order , they might ship your single order first since there’s always someone that is just waiting for other items to show up To save on shipping. Guess what’s going to happen when that person request to ship all their items , they might be short a valk or 2 . It will be similar to items missing holding from hlj privatewarehouse. That person will not be happy . I didn’t preorder from a-e but I’m just watching out for the person that did.

I hope you understand what you are actually doing is sneaking in a preorder that is already sold out. I would not be surprise if your personally info from your accounts gets leaked, your current preorders cancelled, and your account terminated. Stores might not be too happy with customers do that.

It sold out in under 3 hours from preorder opening on p-Bandai’s website . Everything after is just stores selling what’re stock they were able to get from p-Bandai in those hours . Many are waiting for the usual 2nd batch announcements. Even the proxy stores , haha.
