be sure they are looking at the correct tracking number. They might have fat fingered it and is giving you wrong info for a similar tracking number.

Other than the smaller size , everything else on this blue beast seems better than all the previous alphas ., perfect transformation, tampo and marking , looks solid in fighter mode , there’s clearance with the landing gears , have mini ride armor figure . And finally the nose of the fighter doesn’t arch up. This was what I dislike the most from the Masterpiece Alphas , I hate that banana boat looking fighter I’m glad I preordered from Amazon japan with the lowest , fastest shipping possible. . Hope they ships them out soon .

They are probably doing a final check on restrictions shipping to your country .

Probably after summer , the signs to look for are at other independent shipping companies.(ones that use their own planes)

fedex and dhl goes by DIM weight so bigger box mean higher cost even if its lighter than a smaller box.

I was able to change shipping address before with N-Y. First you have to add the new address in your account first. Then you open a ticket or chat with address change request for that order number. Let them know you want to change the preorder to another shipping address from your account. But for change of shipping address , IIRC if pay by paypal, there might be issues if you change to ship to another country from your original payment

let not forget Mandarke gets a pretty nice discount rate for DHL. Other stores that use DHL might not get that nice of a discount.
