Surface mail also have lower insurance so that could also be a reason why it's grey out. But ask them first, with covid-19 maybe they can work something out.

What you put in for estimate is just the item. You will really need to put in the total weight and shipping box size. which is the shipping box that your item will be in along with the added weight of the packaging supply and shipping box. The shipping box alone can weight 800g and above. So 2900 yen was never gonna happen in the first place. If only you would have brought it up earlier in the post , many members would be able to tell you that shipping will be much higher than that. I think 1 member reply to you that shipping would be at least $50 and that was before the Covid-19 and Japanpost Suspension . So right now shipping is much more expensive because Fedex and DHL goes by DIM Weight which the total weight will also depending on the size of the box. Since FromJapan can hold your item for up to 45 days. you can try to just hold it in their warehouse and see if EMS would resume or if FedEx Economy would resume for the USA within that time frame. Of course you can and should email and ask if they can ship it by surface mail (ferry) too. There is no harm in asking. Surface mail/Ferry takes about 2 months.

Amaimi is pretty good at keeping their pre order allotment. While HLJ's really just seems to be theirs website fault whenever they oversold (only happen a couple of times)

For those that missed it. Not sure if this was a good sign or not but when I was posting the link it shows 21 left , so these are definitely not single order cancellations. Even though it still went quick, its at least a sign of extra supply not in single digits So maybe other stores will get some extras from Bandai too AmiAmi, HLj, Hobby search. etc.

maybe they did not give you the new coupon yet. and you are looking at your old coupons that is already used or expired Your credit should last a year before expiring

you can go into your account and check if your storecredit or coupon is expired or not. Also if you have only 1 active credit or coupon, you will see a red (add) button in your cart

I think they have only 1 or 2 people in control of Paypal extra invoice or refunds. while everyone else can do credit refunds. But when you do open a ticket. just Keep its simple. You can tell them to upgrade your shipping to UPS due to covid-19 and also tell them to invoice you the extra cost and you will paypal them right away. (that will remind them to at least sent the invoice) The one I used was Category: Shipping & Delivery Information.

I've never did that before with N-Y, but I would say they are ok with that. I have heard that some people preorder items months apart and once their last time arrives, N-Y did in fact ship them out together.

Besides that there's other factors too. Some recently were given N-Y credited when they downgrade their shipping to Ferry (that's a couple thousand yens) Some are ok with Ferry to save on shipping. Some do not like to use FEDEX /DHL/ UPS due to customs fee

Biginjap haven’t post regular release Dx chogokin in a long time . But you will see most Twe preorder on them since hey are also a proxy and offers forwarding service. So the p-Bandai/TWE is a no brainer.

it's the norm for TWE items. If they really want to screw us over, they could just package it in the biggest box possible so it will be very expensive to ship it outside of japan. example: extra white empty boxes from their WOL for strike Freedom and Destiny just so they can keep the shape and have a nice Sleeve photo when you pack that with your already owned MB gundam.

are you sure you are remember correctly for mp-44 to be only $22 shipped from amiami? Also with the pandemic going on, all shipping companies increased their price . But the other main thing is the SIZE. DHL goes my Dim weight, the larger the box the more expensive it going to cost to ship ,even if it's lighter. But for this DX , its not light either.

Took about 24 hours of submitting the ticket to downgrade my shipping to Ferry for the new "Preparation in progress" to start and then it was shipped out about 2 hours later.

You can try using Firefox instead, It if it direct you to that p-banda global site. just scroll down to Click that and it should reload to the P-bandai japan site. Once that is loaded, you should be able to see the TV-packs on their front page. If not, you can reload the direct p-bandai link and it should go directly there now.

I was checking out the live stream, and then borrow over the p-bandai site to check for more info on the super since they did not list it on their other site. Saw it listed, came back here and post the link with pics. and then requested order at FJ. So maybe around 12:10?

They even cancelled you?.. I requested FP right after I post the link here. I guess every second counts now ,even on TWE items.
