    yup, all shipping went up. Shipping Cost started climbing since end of March. There were many posting about buying it from Amazon.co,jp for around $275 shipped. so I assume you missed all those posting. maybe you can still back out?

    ah. you are right. I was just looking from Arcadia website for the msrp. https://arcadia.ac/products/detail.php?product_id=201 But yeah. it around 33000 yen from the regular stores at the time sounds about right.. Preorder discount? correction about 10,000 yen difference

    The original MSRP for the VF-OD normal version without "custom" weathering or tampo was 40480 yen in 2015. The original MSRP for the VF-OD is already 40480 yen. This PF ver is 44990 yen. The price is not that much higher. For me, just the printed on tampo in enough for me to get the Premium ver. ( I hate their stickers)

    You can also use other kinds of stands to display your valk too (in fighter mode). Below are adjustable Menu stands with a naming plate area. They sell them at Daiso stores in the US,(the Japanese dollar store) for $1.50 each.

    Yeah. the other one is the MR Strike Freedom. Since they are making a MB Freedom 2.0. ,they might as well do so for the smaller line to too. So they will probably make a Metal Robot Justice next

    The Amazon.jp would be the cheapest because FJ are either stores or yahoo auctions. , so you will add in proxy fee, possible domestic shipping to FJ, and then the INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (which is pretty high right now. est to be around at least 6500 yen .. So even if there is no fee, the total cost would still be more at anywhere other than Amazon's 2399 DHL Shipping. Also amazon will take away the 10% tax too so the price would be cheaper once you add to cart and try to ship it outside of japan. below is a example .. price is similar. If you pay in Yen it's 29490, which is around $275 shipped. Amazon used DHL. so it's 2-3days.

    Its can very well be priced around Arcadia’s premium finish rate . Pre tampo , it even comes with display stands .
