Seems like you are using some incorrect info to do your comparison estimates. MB Red Frame Kai Alternative is 15 x 10.5 x 4.5 inches at 2 pound 14 oz (1290g) Metal Composite Wing prelude is 15.5 x 11.5 x 5.5 inches at 3 pound 6 oz (1540g) The WZprelude is both bigger and heavier than what you are trying to use as the estimate. Because the WZPrelude is bigger they will also need to use a bigger shipping box which will add in more weight . When it goes over 4 pound it will automatically charges as 5 pound with nothing in between. And the fact that they use dem weight which bigger box equals more expensive shipping . So that $90 may look high, but it’s within range . Hope this will make you feel more acceptable on the $90 shipping price.

to be fair, the waiting period of processing/packaging/shipping begins after the items release date and not at the time of preorder. .

you can still get it from Amazon.jp for 29490 shipped to USA with DHL shipping. The Amazon.jp total will be cheaper than the Mandarake Total.

N-Y didn't even offer a good price for this item. hardly anyone preorder this from N-Y. Instructions were given left and right for how to preorder yours from a proxy when preorder started. I do not see any issue at all.

hmm. for Amiami once they email you the item and shipping cost for a preorder. If you go log into your account from your computer and then click for it in the "orders awaiting payment". They will then have a list of what other shipping options you can choose for this order along with its pricing . you can then select and pay right there and then if ems is available . This is for my preorders going to the USA before. (of course right now , shipping to usa would only be DHL.) I heard there is also a "Surface mail (premium) option for the USA too.

Amiami shipping boxes are normally heavier due to thick cardboard. So that alone can push its weight and size to the next shipping bracket.

I'm pretty sure I was trying answer your question. just I put in more detail instead of just answer "yes" I myself haven't setup a Arcadia account yet. If I need to order something from their website I will just use my regular proxy (from japan) to place the order for me. This way I can normally combine it with some of my order preorder items releasing around the same timeframe and hopefully save a bit on combine shipping. If you are still have problem with setting up a account with Arcadia ,then perhaps you can take some screen capture on where you are having issue with . (blanking out your private info of course ). This way other can guide you through if needed.

your Tenso account is pretty much your japanese address mailbox. So you will need to setup a accont on Arcadia do all the ordering and paying. But for your shipping address , you will use your Tenso address.

Preroders get sold out in seconds to minutes. Preorder normally starts around 1600 japan standard time of what ever date the preorder is set on. Since it gets sold out that fast, its up to you if you want to join in on the preorder night madness. Here is a link to the start of the most recent preorder. you should spend the time reading it. let say at least 25 pages or more. It will give you a very good idea of what happens on preorder night. how fast it gets sold out. how bad some of the sites are. What site have them up for preorder. how much some of the store relist them for . etc. spend the time and read them.. . you should even take notes on the side.
