" for that, I did a quick calculation of the difference in price if I were to buy it from either Arcadia direct or the normal webstores. Toss some numbers and 5000 yen difference came up. I understand the stand is FREE and the MSRP is not much difference than a couple of years ago, but at the end of the day, it's what you really have to pay that counts and the only difference besides the price is a free stand. therefore any difference in price is YOUR cost for the stand, may it be label as free or not. no worries, you just need to plan better that's all. The key to get these easily is to be ready and up to preorder them on their announce preorder date/time. which is normally whatever date 4pm japan time. If you are in the bay area that's 11pm. The date when preorder starts are always announced at least a week before, you can get the info here, or on the tamashii website. Once it starts you will see them posted here and at all the normal webstores, in least than 30 minutes you'll have already secured at least 1 or 2 or more , depending on your preferences or store. If one solds out, there's others. Just be on-time and you will secure a pre-order for sure. I haven seen anyone that wasn't able to get a preorder in if they were here at the correct time.

it does not matter if your purchase item is only 13,000 yen. The shipping will still be base on the total size and weight of the shipment. Once it reach over 90cm or 2kg the price changes alot. So it's best to figure out the size and weight of the item you plan to get, then add in the estimate weight of the box/packaging. AMIAMI use thicker boxes so it's around 650g for their big small Sal box. Cdjapan used a thinner box that's the same size but it weights at around 480g. Once you exceed those 90cm or 2kg restrictions you'll be upgraded to EMS. CDjapan charges arm and leg for their EMS, Amiami charges the normal EMS rate but due to their thicker shipping box it will always be more since their box is heaver. HLJ do the the best shipping options/ choices. They also have a Fedex discount rate that no other store offers. If you buy something big or in bulks this shipping method should be the cheapest. They also have a good customer service staff. Amiami and other stores does offer more discount on certain items than HLJ, which some cost around the same shipped, than HLJ before shipping.

Hlj didn't post theirs yet , I'm surprise it's not already up at Hlj since they get tons of Gundam stuff . I'm more surprised that's it's already sold out . It's more like a prebuild master grade frame with diecast here and there . You only need to attach the armor on the frame . No painting needed.
