Eco Sal is Sal small packet , so if you order 2 Roy with stands , the size and weight will exceed the 90cm size and or 2000g. Once it goes over those you will be in parcel Sal , which is more expensive. When that happens you should switch to EMS instead, it'll probably be cheaper and faster .

No new pic of the base yet . All the pic now seems to be from the old sample . Maybe they will leave out the words on the base and just use the metal tag instead , that way if you don't like it you can just remove the tag or can even make a custom one and stick it on? -

It's suppose to have improvements from the reviewed sample , like hidden led power socket., The 1/72 is suppose to protect them a bit more from Bandai since it's not at the same scale. they also changed the name to Mecha Warrior so it's not a Gundam -
The 1/48 still looks the best in fighter mode compare to others.

You should be good , they probably shipped yours out before they started the invoicing . N-y do eat the extra cost of shipping from time to time case by case .

It's has a higher risk because it takes longer to get to you. It normally takes 14 days , but there are times it will take 30, case by case of course. Most of those extra days is just sitting inside a ULD, Container, cart, wait for their turn since they have low priority status. I use Register Sal normally and it fine. From their reply, it does seem like they are willing to work with you to finalize the sale, which believe it or not , does show that they are not just about making money. They could've just refunded your money as requested and then relisted the item on their website for a higher price, or just give it to the next person in the waiting line. For refund depending on when you paid, the exchange rate will not be in your favor and you will actually lose money if you paid them in Yen.

It's possible since Bandai was playing around with those limit to so many per address . Then there's also the recent earthquakes in Japan , depending on where those hi-metal bulk boxes stayed , traveled , en-route , etc . Some of them could even be in a trailer under mountains of earth .

I'm pretty sure they forgot to add the estimated weight of the free stand. The shipping price seems to be the same as the Hikaru version that don't have a stand . Seems they also honored some of the orders, but can't do it for all the orders.I wonders if anyone would reply to their invoice email with , it seems the extra free stand is causing this extra 1000 yen charge , if i don't want the stand , will you not charge me extra ? Is the free stand worth the extra 1000 yen?
