did anyone else want to hear her do the whole chorus? i actually thought she handled the high notes better than she did in DYRL. you guys seeing her at MWCon are going to be SO LUCKY. even if she doesn't do a tune actually - i just enjoyed watching her heartfelt performance, so chatting her up will be a plus.

Mari at MWCon. Wow. I'd pay $25 just to take a pic of Mari looking strangely at all the fanboys staring at her like a deer in headlights. And yeah, someone bring their nice keyboard to the gig - if Mari doesn't feel like singing, just have Focker sing and ask her to duet for the closing credits... And someone mod up a little gift for her - like a Minmay Guard valk or something. I'm sure she's appreciate the thought. Doh. Maybe I should spend the $25 just to have my Minmay Guard valk shipped over there for her to sign, you can ship it back with the CD... This could be a great 'Con to remember.

For me it would be the 1/55 Chunky Monkey VF-1S 'Minmay Guard' custom by mslz22 (Mike). This baby stares me down every night and patrols the bed every morning. It's the only valk left in the house (all the rest is stored away from the baby) and I keep it safe high on a shelf the kid can't get to. Ah, Minmay Guard. How I love thee. How about you all?

BTW Egan Loo's last word was that the logo was made by ARTMIC, and it wasn't associated with an Armoured Valk platoon as previously thought by Nanashi. In other words, we still don't know - unless it really is for the special Minmay Mospeada squad of Macross lol.

spoiler. BOOMER IS A KOREAN CYLON SLEEPER? What the heck is going on? I haven't had time to watch this show till recently, and I watched the episode where "boomer" blew up the water tanks. And apparently for no reason a clone of her is fooling around on Capricorn with a dude, which has no strategic reasoning behind it - just off the guy and go your way!

rats someone last year told me exactly where that minmay logo came from - something like, the minmay with dragon logo was used by the GBP-1 squadron. it's in the database somewhere. anyhow to see this squadron pop up in mospeada is funny.

Actually yes the other battroid cosplay looks better, but it's not transformable. But the first one is - i mean, it can go into gerwalk, are you kidding me? Amazing!
