You certainly can pay with Paypal. When you order you can decide if you want them to charge you by usd or yen....by usd, u pay what they charge you, by yen u pay what Paypal converts from yen to usd

pre-ordered one @ NY too just in case...round 2, I am not getting up @ 3am to do these things anymore, almost zero chance to get it anyway. And it should be readily available after release, but the YF-29 ozma is another story...

Yes it is! I preorderd one at NY too at inflated $192! As far as demand, since it's a game variant, but not actual TV version, would it make it 'easier' to get at release?
