How do you make claims for registered SAL? On the website you can only do that for domestic mails....I know I probably won't get anything, but I need to let them see how bad they treated the package!

The figure appears OK...Haven't looked closely yet Hope your shipment will arrive safely. BTW, since it's cheapo sal shipping, so I am out of luck then, right? Should I email mandarake? And I would like to some way bring it up to USPS attention too..
