Speaking Megas XLR did you see that one episode where Coop presses a button and the Macross' main cannon from the movie pops out of Megas' chest. That was too funny. Someone on that show loves Macross.

I have, in the jacket of my Macross DYRL game I always wondered if there was a larger version of around I guess Nanashii found it or already has it I like to get that. But I also wonder why this version of the Super Valkyrie was never shown in the series nor the movie. I would like to have seen that.

They would problay need bigwig studios like 20 Century Fox, Warner Bros., Tri Star, Columbia, Touchstone, Buena Vista, or indenpendant studios' to assist. Cowboy Bebop as you now was released by Columbia/Tristar in the US Though I wasn't aware it appeared in US Theaters dispite it's popularity among US anime fans it later was released on DVD. I got my copy early last year and it was good.

If there is going to be a Macross movie released in mainstream theaters .There must first be a new Macross TV series released in the US television networks like Cartoon Networks' Toonami block e.g.(Gundam Seed, and Gundam Wing) or Fox, and the Kid's WB that is new and updated to fit todays audiences who too young or weren't born yet to remember the old Macross came to us under the name of Robotech (ducks quickly) Thus this new Macross Series is most definetly oing to have new characters new mechs e.g. new destroids that take a more active role in battle than being a support mechfor Valk teams in a series. new plot that begins with the start of Space War 2, new ships, especially a new macross battleship, and new songs, and enemies that are resistant to song and culture shock warfare. If the serise is successful on TV then it most likely become popular in the theaters for it's first theatrical release in the US Or vice versa a new Macross movie that starts with the begining of Space War 2 and then follows up where the movie left off with 50 episodes where SW2 ends

Why? You can take off those FPs and pu tthe GBP-01 armor on. Well then again, it is why I have a bunch of VF-1J Hikarus. I just use the FP armor on my LVs. Well for one thing I would have the Hikaru 1J w/o the fastpack but with the GBP-01 armor that he donned his Valk, in episode 9 "Miss Macross" thats why I have no interest in having a Hikaru 1J with fastpacks. I'm just picky that way in keeping my collection in a certain order.

Aww.... Crap!!!! I should have gotten the Hikaru VF-1J non fastpack version when I had the chance.

I'm not talking about the TV Series, I'm talking about the movie and that CF had Black and green stripes on the chestplate black stripes on the arms and legs if you have the dvd fast forward or select that scene. Remember Kakizaki's Valkin the movie was white with green and black stripes. take a look at the MW toy customs page for a Kakizaki DYRL VF-1A custom for refference.

Ever since I finaly got my hands on the SDF Macross TV series DVD's I say the series rocked even better the Macross saga in Robotech. The original Music and plot is what drew me even closer. And best of all no RT Masters (Southern Cross) inserts and no unnessesary editing getting in the way. I saw it all baby.

This has been bugging me since I had Macross DYRL or Clash of the Bionoids since it's the only english version of Macross I got on VHS but if anyone with the DVD of DYRL may want to take a picture of what I am going to discribe. During the near final scene in the movie where Hikaru and Minmay are floating after the shutter/blastshields were blown away a VF-1A CF super Valkyrie appears outside from the left as they embrace. Now this is what gets me is that this Valkyrie had Kakizaki's colors on it including the Skull Squadron insignia on its right Booster. I didn't notice it before with my old VCR because of line blocking the picture when it was paused, but with My new DVD/VCR player it was clear as daylight. I found it to quite weird that a CF Valkyrie was sporting green and black stripes before it got blown up. Considering we've never seen Kakizaki Valkyrie in battroid mode in the movie I find it weird that they would show it like that in the quarter end of the movie. Anyway you all have the DVD of DYRL you will have to see it for yourselves, to know what I'm talking about. Sayanara

Yikes I was six years old when it came out in Japan. Nine when I saw it as Robotech here in the US back in 85'.

I am most definately out of the loop since I moved out of my sisters house, no longer close to a computer with internet access. had to drive all the way down to Wilimingtons library to use the internet.

WHAT Manga Video got their hands on Macross 0, how come I didn't see in stores like Best Buy or FYE.

Ha ha! YES! Those guys made good toast! Oh yeah what about those guys who were issued the white color scheme VF-11C in Macross 7. I mean they have to be the worst pilots in the series.
