indeed. What were they thinking well at least I got them though after posting them I got no raves about my Vermillion squadron being complete. I think I am getting boring to others.

Now that my Vermillion sqaud is complete thanks to some good advice on where to look to get Kakizaki from since others have discountued it or sold out. I can now present the completion of my T.V Vermillion Squadron.

Just got my TV Kakizaki today and it's the correct one. So I like to saw thank you for every one for finding it, which is one of the reasons I like coming to this site. So as an appreaciation helping me complete my Vermillion Sqaudron here are some pics of them finaly together.

My TV Kakizaki just arrived today, unfortunatly I was not their to get because I just found out from the seller, that he shipped it off on the 3rd, and I was able to imput the traking number at USPS.com only to find out it did arrive but not on the day I was working at my day job. So I have to wait till tomorrow pick it up from my day job. and hope that those morons didn't mistake it for something else.

I did try to swivel them out and they still broke off pylons, and are still stuck in the wing hardpoints, still trying to figure out on what size screw I can use to get them out. Or I might be wasting money buying another VF-1J Hikaru for replacement parts, i.e.(wings and missile for the VF-1J Production version.)

Nice Job but shouldn't the central body be down, and the cannons towards the back. Saw a youtube video of it with a guy transforming it. but your pictures does it justice it is huge bigger than that patio table there is no way I can fit that in my room I would have to sell everything to buy a new house.

Missile pod breaks off hardpoint, get new wing three nubs on the tripod missiles break in the hardpoints beacause they did fit well into the hard point and would not come off normally.

Thanks, once I get it, my vermillion Sqaudron will finally be complete. Oh yeah earlier I stated that state taxes were responsible for delaying me from getting it when it was still available at Angolz it was also getting a PS3 that also delayed me but then again I have not been back on the site and busy with work since I purchased the Double Nuts I wasn't keeping track of it. Still my fault, but it turned out for the best I got you guys helping me out.

Got my VF-1J Max on Wed. and got it all decaled up with the exception of the Kite logo on the boosters. Someone a while ago posted some pics of his VF-1J Max with a bigger Kite logo on his booster on this thread and I am too lazy to look it up. I just want the link of the website that sells them, he inspired me to do another custom job on this one like I did for my 1/48 counterpart.

They need to work some more on the arms. It seems they are not paying attenion to the line art of the Macross, well you know what I mean when you review you own copy of DYRL.

Oh yeah just to remind you be carefull with the missile pods as the wing hardpoint is rather tight and will break the nub off the missile pod when you try to take it off had that happen to me thye should have molded the holes a bit larger.

Yeah I agree I had a problem trying to trans form it with it on even after I rotated it. kept getting caught on the legs.

Well It seem I won't be able to complete my vermillion Squadron as I waited too long to get Kakizaki from Angolz.com, damn state taxes. And I checked out Amiami no luck there I tried to go to overdrive, But I think I got the web address wrong and came up with something else. But did manage to snag a1/60 VF-1J max when HLJ discontinued it just like Kakizaki. Does any one have a link to Overdrive

Yeah I saw it yesterday at a comic book shop here in Delaware on Marsh Road. If only it were a 1/60 I would have gotten it.

The one good thing about RT is that they pronounced Macross (M-a-cross) with a short A and not a short u sound. This was also done in the english dub of Macross 2, and Macross Plus. So why didn't ADV research into it, so that they don't piss off the fans. Plus after watching the dub on Hulu, I now understand why every one hates it. If I were the voice director I would have been yelling at them to do it right and watch the Macross Plus and 2 and even (sigh) Robotech so that the won't mess up. Oh buy the way I nerver heard Mari pronounce Macross as "Muhcross" wasn't paying attention. Plus on the downside the songs were not sung in english, I was kind of hoping to hear them sung in english for the first time but I was dissapointied.
