  1. SHOW OFF!!!! But that is a great diplay cabinet. Just where did you get that from, and how much di it set you back?
  2. imagine my shock they like like tamiya brand paints and the shop that sold them here in Delaware closed down for good. Okay I'll try my luck with the ones I have wish me luck, and any tips on how to do it without any splotches of paint on the missile and verniers. Plus you are good clearly you used something else for the weathering.
  3. Okay Rabidweezil what paint brand did you use on the missile tips and the verniers on the boosters because I am about to do the same with my Hikaru 1S Just as soon I get the stickers from takatoys. I'm afraid the Testors paints that I currently have, just won't do.
  4. Aw man someone beat me to it still just where did you get that strap from? On the plus side got more pics of my Roy with the slight modification to the arm sensors and some shots with my VF-1D. 1/60 vrs. crappy 1/72 model I did years back. Yellow sensor (Before) red sensor (after) how'd you like my trimming skills. Roy and Hikaru searches for Minamy. saved. Roy and the gang together at last Crotching Roy Hidden Enemy.
  5. Dude where can I find a Girlfriend like that?
  6. Here is his e-mail address I got from Rabidwezil (takatoys@speedy.com.pe) They forgot to print 001 on the tail fins and leg dorsal fins, plus the numbers on the sticker sheet are in black and not white, and to add insult to injury the sensors on the arms are still DYRL yellow but I solved that issue by trimming and placing the red TV sensors over them. Here is a EBay link to someone who is selling it. hope you get it.T.V. VF-1S Super Valkyrie
  7. I like it. At first I wasn't going to get after my experience with the first issue YF-19 (loose joints, leg falling off and now a cracked hip that wasn't noticed until after I put tape onto the peg to keep it in)but afer it was showcased and reviewedby another Macrossworld member it won me over and I got it, it is pretty solid and stable and the leg landing gears are able to spread outward instead of being inward. and the gunpod sits straight. It's a definate improvement though they have yet to solve the peg locking into the nose section in battroid mode, still comes loose when you pick it up.
  8. Decided to change up from the last pose to this one pose reminicent of Hikaru's kneeling VF-1J in "Kung-fu Dandy".
  9. Just more pics of my Valkyries on my new stands.
  10. Got mine today and I'm uploading the pics onto my photobucket account, just the fighter mode pics and the boxes for now as soon I get the stickers from takatoys the Super will be decaled but today I will start on Roy. Please don't scream because I paid for it as soon I got the notice from HLJ heh, heh, heh . Roy Hikaru Roy in flight Roy and Hikaru
  11. Well could you just focus on the SDF-1 then do some photoshoping by adding an upshot of some builing in the area you're in and see what happens there might be cool.
  12. holy cow mont5t3r I did'nt know you could use those extra pieces to do that to your VF-1S on the Mighty block stands might try that once I get my two VF-1S's. That means I have to more.
  13. Hey vf_1s I just got this inspiration at work from looking at your pics, and I though, has he ever done an upshot of the Macross in Storm Attacker mode like you were really looking up at it from a city street, ie: like that scene from the TV series burst point.
  14. Only the part that rotates if put it at angle that it shouldn't be in, it will fall under it's weight with the super pack on.
  15. oh don't forget the one on the Macross's arm just before they launched all their Nukes at Bodoza in that episode of Love Drifts Away. It was a dark blue VF-1A
  16. I just unhinged the back plate from the T-bar and pulled the leg nacelles (from the knee joint like when you are transforming from fighter to Gerwalk mode)down to pull off that difficult yet awsome pose. sometimes it falls if I accidently bump up on the bookcase and it's hard getting it back up and in position. But thanks I knew someone would like it.
  17. And I will keep adjusting them but its a good thing the 1/60 Valks don't weigh as mus as the 1/48 with all it's armor on, but thanks for the comment. I might rotate a few around once I get the TV VF-1S's
  18. Gotten five more stands and made use of them by placing the VT-1, VF-1S Max, VF-1J CF, VF-1S Strike Hikaru, and VF-1J Max. Man I am running out of room, and I got both the TV VF-1S Roy and Hikaru on pre-order yeesh.
  19. Posting pics of Max 1J, Hikaur 1J and Max and Hayao 1A's just wishe they made a 1/60 figure of Misa in her space uniform but had to settle for the guy with the rifle for this one. And I know that the pose with Max 1J is wrong without the RMS missiles. Unlike the current missile's displayed, the RMS-1's just won't snap on with out breaking the wing off, any suggestions. ]
  20. Well Graham you and my sister are going through the same problems when it comes to those cartilage problems she had to have hers removed and replaced with a plate, and that injury was casued by years of service in the army reserve and two car accidents. Range of motion is limited, which required me to drive to and from my mother's home in Pittsburgh though I didn't mind (I love to drive heh, heh, heh)I wish you the best and hope you get better and remember chiopractic therapy might help with those bone spur that are developing.
  21. Wow are those the Imai, or Arii Macross model kits?
  22. Shin Densetsu Kai 7.0 I'm looking in HLJ right now and i'm trying to find it can you give me link to it.
  23. Hey Low_Alt just where did you get that low vis VF-22s from and who is the manufactuer.

  24. Had mine for quite awhile looking at it now makes me glad I passed up the version 1. The V2 VF-1D rocks.
