First time handling resin, what is the safest way to remove it from the block/sprue? And apparently, that very thin plastic is the canopy. The upper part portion is fortunately, is not warped, so this means I just need to cut it using scissors?

if the figure above is correct, VF-1 is approx to 13 meters while the average Gundam is 18m tall (no reference, my own number lol) . Early or mid UC suit are even 20meters high (Nu is like 22 or 23, unicorn destroy mode might be similar or taller). It might be comparable to the Wing or Late UC MS like V gundam.

I think Bandai is just catering to their Japanese audience and in that market, SEED is still relevant. One of the most popular SEED MS is the Astray(s). It has so many variants that can be milked which also makes its a better business deal. (Which makes me think why they release the Z'Gok) Who knows, RG releases so far has a pattern and maybe the next RG will be from U.C. again.

yes? it is still using parts from 0D, and as just what Yeti told above, they are using whatever plastic to use the mold. Ideally, the promo picture should be the target but the 0D track record show otherwise

I am confused now, there was a discussion on YF-19 and 0D why they omitted the rotating cockpit gimmick and now arcadia tries to (my assumption) re-use the old 0 cockpit modl that has the gimmick and now people calls it useless?
