    @major focker I watched all of the show you listed and pretty much the same opinion except for Punchline, I didnt watch any episode at all so maybe, it is worth a look.

    The whole series is a promotional material for the Light novel. The series is generic and fan-service-y but I liked it as well. The pacing was too fast though and lots of detail or back-story was omitted.

    "but will not harm model kit parts made from polystyrene plastic" afaik, any plastic except ABS can resist or does well against lacquers but to be safe, PS plastic are proven safe for lacquer baths.

    imo, the yamato v2 was able to get the proportion close in all mode. It is far by the best compromise. The real problem is actually caused by Anime magic, it is real bad that in order to have perfect transformation, manufacturer will need the real over technology

    Solid kit except for the side skirt that easily pops out. With proper balancing, it can stand on its own and if ever the joint gets loose, a thin layer of clear coat will do the trick

    that surfing belongs to Eureka Seven level. Other than the gap on the shield, I really like fighter mode

    I have no problem moving the wings out of the way, I dont think it is necessary but something that can make transformation easier (and joints more loose)

    well if the picture is from the distributor, I think it is normal to get their stocks before the release date of June 20. I even saw in other thread (forgot which) that Customer in Japan can get their stocks earlier than the release date.

    I think it has been recommended over and over, but I also suggest Kekkai Sensen (Blood Blockage Battlefront). It has a really nice story, pacing and the characters so far are really like-able.
