    I have to agree on that, but I want to enjoy the trip going there (and I am being cheap lol). Right now. I am settling on normal repaint and masking with a few panel re-scribing (if needed). My last set of hobby supplies was soft pastel for weathering and panel lining (experiment)

    i forgot to say, I am dropping or shelving that project. I found out that the tools I have is not enough and I dont want to invest more tools.

    yeah, the answer to that is NO, definitely. And as you said, we have to wait if it will really increase since NY still carries it and has never increased it price since the release date.

    Please ignore it, it seems like a weird problem on their site. The most recent VF-4G yamato is actually sold at 28k yen.

    Already got this toy in Mandarake. I am planning to customize it one way or another. It can be as little as panel line + hasegawa/printed markings (like No step) or can be a repaint (depending on how much it can be safely dis-assembled or masked) For those that has been playing with these toy, can you share what parts that can be safely painted (without rubbing) or any suggestions? edit: is Talos56 a member here? A google search in resulted the following entry at deviant art. He has an album with all these schemes http://talos56.deviantart.com/gallery/7626781/VF-4-Lightning-III is the nose cone painted? or molded in that color?

    Looking at gerwalk, it looks like there are little improvements over the frontier stuff. Hopefully the 72scale can do the aggressive A Stance.

    @noel I actually have similar reply earlier but this was a 262 thread and as far as design, we don't know if it is based on similar vf before. But, IMO, I think bandai had learned it's lesson on the v1 25.

    IMO the 31 is already line art accurate and the 30 is already the first release with the 31 improving what seems to be the problem with the 30.

    Yamato version usually commands premium price compared to Arcadia except for the VF-1 release. The premium though has listed but it is still there.

    that metal finish @jetjockey even IF Konami release another ZOE, it will not be the same ZOE without Kojima. (and unfortunately, the game was not really received well back then)

    nice build. Looks very solid! At least, it goes to show, with enough love, the Bandai looks good as well, I still want Hasegawa for their fighter

    If they will release aile strike as MB, then the blue frame might get the Blue Frame D, since they already got the Astray Mold and Aile, they just need to produce the pointy bits here and there lol.
