I think 200 dollars now is fair for VF-1D assembly version. If you are buying, I would buy it as long as it is priced anything 200 or below. The assembly kit has already had it fair share of price increase due to the nature of the kit that it caters to a certain niche of Macross collector and that it is released in limited quantity.

The 50,000 yen toy is the weathering version. It really is priced more and usually wanted by collectors but i believe it is overpriced that is why no one isd grabbing it. Maybe at 30 or 40k yen price, it will get sold. Their pricing is a bit inconsistent but more or less, within a specified range. How you much paid for you low viz? There is a bug in their site wherein they price listed at sold out items is for a different stock before.

if it is single molded, trust in Bandai to have layers of plastic parts for color separation. But still, they cant over-engineer the overcomplicated schemes the frontier/delta valks has, so if you see too much color on one part, then chances are, most of it will be sticker then.

Watched it, I am used to watching cheap CG Anime, but I was expecting a little bit better since it is Berserk. Other points discussed is valid but I will still watch it and give a verdict at the end of the season. But yeah, as a season opener, it is a pretty bad episode.

There are lots of brand out there but I have limited it to a certain brand. Of the two brand (TT hongli and daban) I chose, only saw the katoki or ova versions comes out. There might be KO of it with other brand but it might not be a good copy. Btw David, what part is missing?

Stickers or decals, if you want it to stay where it belongs, then sealing it is suggested. There will be a tendency for dust to settle in the border of the stickers.

UV is the factor that makes white plastic yellows overtime.

Maybe the armor parts will take inspiration from VF-11 (and other VF before 25)? A downgrade wherein it wont be transformable when in use?
