Finally got to play with mine. Solid toy but really scary to transform out of the box. The joints are really stiff.

Lol, there is no way Bandai is hurting for meeting the demand of the Target market, the Japanese. They can't release it globally (thank you HG) and hence, will never be sold globally. Again, Bandai don't care about us as far as Macross is concerned.

A 1/72 scale decal, IMO, looks good on a 1/60 toy. My only reservation would be, you have to use the modern release decal so that it is sharper and has better print.

keeping it MISB might be a bad idea since there is that tendency that whatever agent is it on the film, might dry and the tampo might stick on the film. Anyway, NY adjusted the price BACK to 22,000 yen

let me correct my statement, good luck scalping bootleg/KO products. There is no batch in producing it, as long as there is a demand, they will continue to release it. This is me speaking that buys third party MG kit and from what I saw, metal build 00 Gundam never run out of stock from both physical and online store here in my country. As for the topic, who knows, it might be good for Arcadia since people will see the value of macross toy and will open the doors to more Macross collectors. This is exactly what happened to me 5 years ago when I bought a bootleg Red Frame Kai, in just a few months, I ended up buying Bandai stuff (which led me to see some of the newer macross stuffs and made me decide to buy Macross Figures) Buying Yamato toys is not really helping Arcadia in anyway and people that exclusively buys bootleg products will never buy official merchandise.

and you are making people regret their decisions and force them to buy MORE Respect to you sir, the effort you put and the details in each review is really a big help for me before, when I first started out (biggest help was distinguishing V1 and renewal/V2 toys since I saved money not buying the V1) and still is a big help for comparing things I dont have.

did not know it has hardpoints. So no one is jumping on creating Frontier/Delta era type of missile on this? The nightmare armor packs is already selling for more due to the availability of the missile (that reaction and fold weapon)
