even though I know that there are bad and good batches, I cannot get at ease when I saw someone using a flightpose stand. March or say, April cant come sooner. I cannot relate on the hype on these 31J Kai since I personally dont like the scheme.

No, if an official picture has a footnote, it usually says a certain part in the said picture is not included/bought separately. They are just showcasing it. It is the same regular VF-1J (in Kai form) with additional Reactive Missiles (and related mounts)

I am wrong on the wireless led. There was a recent product highlighted before, I just assumed it was these. but as you mentioned, upon taking closer look, there are indeed wires. There are no price or availability date for this so currently, it is Bandai gauging the interest

here is a link to the video I think this was related to the product showcased before from Japan, you need to have a device that power up wirelessly the LEDs. (not sure on my end)

Mandarake 262 prices are steady 17k yen while used stay around 14k. Jungle Japan last week has 12k yen for used figure and I think 16k yen for a brand new.

The early 31a prototype was repainted and modified 31j. We might get an updated prototype along the way.

Anything that can make painting easier is good. Cant really comment on the surface detail since it is not prepped (so most are hidden), but is it possible to make them deep so that details will survive sanding the print lines (or whatever is it called). Speaking of the lines, is that FUD? looks more cleaner that the last FUD I worked with. -

cool, you made the missile and its tray separate for easy painting. imo, the current print is already good. It can be fixed by a few modelling skills. -
