    just want to point out, Great toys is a toy shop in Philippines so the price will end up much higher since they need to import from Japan, pay taxes and shipping to get it to PH and later on, ship it to you. I've used HKC before and they are reputable back then and my purchase experience was good.

    I also chance to see it and buy but pass on the first sight and even saw it when it was dropped (didnt know that was you) but again, passed on it. Same reason as yours, while Super/Strike parts is rare as well, GBP +1J is just a few dollars away and Yammy Super Hikaru 1J is not really known to be shoulder safe issue. yeah, I monitor mandarake a lot during weekdays edit: sigh during Sunday though, they tend to have more stuffs like VE-1 not opened at 30k yen http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/item_s-1035456.html

    Every episode I watch Aldnoah Zero makes me hate Slaine more. I cant even put into words (due to my limited vocabulary) on how stupid he is.

    just when I thought this will never get sold. Yamato VF-1j, no option parts, used, box looks good (even though it says damage) but it says the box got yellowish http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/item_s-791770.html for a few dollars more and wait til May can get you a brand new VF-1J, option parts is standard now and with GBP.

    so similar to web-exclusives are sold. tbh, they are better. If they really are that small and that is still not possible, they can initiate a group buy reach so and so units and the toy will be released.

    well, we dont know but the thing is, your chance is higher now since pretty much everyone in the forum knows the issue with PA and staying away from it. If you are comfortable, Pre order using credit card since most of the people back then used paypal which requires upfront payment and when the time they need to refund, they can no longer reverse the paypal transaction and buyers have to shoulder the forex loss. Currrently, I feel lucky to chance upon the third wave from NY. Hopefully, the hype is not real and everyone gets theirs at release date.

    people not liking sidonia? that is weird news to me, imo, one of the better anime to watch. I really like it since they are fighting enemies they can barely win. (though at first I was afraid that I might see another Muv Luv lol)

    if you are talking about the assembly kit, it was widely available during yamato days when they were actually still current. Some shops even have to discount them to move stocks. imo, the best thing about the Yamato is the assembly kit since it allows a cheaper Valkyrie for those who can build models (it saves you the trouble of not seeing nub marks on a 100 dollar toy back then) or a lot easier to customize for veteran modellers.

    when I went back to dis-assemble my toy for painting, I used a nail and pliers as hammer. The important piece here is to identify the end of the pin where it is not jagged. You push use and push the nail on the side of the pin that is not jagged/crooked. tbh, it will be a lot easier if you can remove the whole shoulder piece or arm assembly off by dis-assembling the toy.

    more than the instruction, does it came with the necessary metal pins? if you read the comment there, the most complaints is that it does not have any intructions and you are correct that it is a recast of SHE and based from the pictures, there are no metal pins included

    tbh, we dont know his reasons for selling it. When I panel line and detail my toy, it means I wont be selling them unless there is a sudden need to. Some of them can be fairly displayed on battroid mode

    personally i hate dubs in anime, but if you really prefer it and thinking of fansubs, I suggest to wait until the last movie gets released.

    so NY never re-opened their slots, does this means they cant procure other shops stocks as well? edit: A search in Yahoo auctions returned 118 closed auction at above SRP. http://closedsearch.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/closedsearch?va=dx+vf-19&oq=&auccat=0&slider=0&ei=UTF-8&b=1 and there are close to 30 open auctions ongoing for it.
