    Yep, the 1R is evidence that there were no other VF-1S' in the background. If there were, the RT community would've seized on it, given the pilot a name and created a whole backstory on him, produced a comic book and maybe even a video game.

    Would you be willing to share the scan of the decals? I'm interesting in printing a set in 1/60 scale. That's the plan for my Yammie assembly kit. Once I have a place to do it, anyway... I'm a graphic designer, and am pretty good in Illustrator. If you need it, I could help with vectorizing them - I was going to do it eventually, but I don't have that version of the kit.

    Personally, I don't mind the all female crew either. However, I've never found Wiig very funny, and I think McCarthy's been typecast over the last couple years. Don't really know the other 2. What bothers me more is whether it's a hard reboot. Despite the lackluster sequel, ghostbusters is a strong enough brand to support the notion of multiple teams across the country. With their successes in the first 2 films, GB could easily go national, recruiting scientists who didn't get tenure, do to their wacky paranormal theories. For that matter, the events of 1&2 would have created a lot of verifiable data, lending paranormal research renewed legitimacy. These gals could be the west coast team, or even replacing the NY team, since Egon's death & Peter's dramatic retirement. Just don't reboot the whole thing with a new origin story...

    Hey, buddy! Glad you like your new home! IIRC, random pilots in SDFM tended to have green trim, more often than not. However, given that all colors seem to be available to our main cast, there are really no limitations. I've decided that teal looks nice on my hasegawa pilot.

    Just noticed that I meant to say "Lando does NOT strike me as the kind of guy to wave his hands around so much and shrug a lot." Even then, I noticed it more on the other characters because of this.

    Looks nice. Wrong scale for me. Besides, I will always prefer the TV version. Can't wait to see the box art, though!

    I liked how Billy D played Lando, but I was not thrilled with the animation. The over-the-top gesticulating seems more obvious on a Lando, because we've seen him IRL. Lando does strike me as the kind of guy to wave his hands around so much and shrug a lot. Apparently James Hong does the voice for the gangster in this episode. It would've been fun if they dropped in a Lo Pan reference. I've enjoyed where Rebels has been for the last few episodes, but I guess it was time to switch back to Jar Jar mode.

    On #6: I've got an assembly kit, and I'm not hugely fond of the tv pilot. Would you want to trade? The same could go for the head, if you wanted a tv style 1A...
