    I know it's canonically correct to say A-T A-T, but I just can't do it. It was weird when Rex said it in Rebels. I have no problem saying "atat"and "AT-ST" in the same sentence. Wait, how did we end up in this conversation? I can't wait to crack open TFA this weekend. It's my first SW bluray... While I was disappointed that some of the sound effects changed - notably the Falcon's cannons - I can retcon in my head. When combined with the change in cannon mounts from overhead to underneath, I presume that the Falcon got a cannon upgrade somewhere along the line.

(Daughter's big into Pokemon, so we've seen a lot of Jessie & James lately)

    According to the dude at the Lego store, this is the first a of 3 spinoff/sequels to the Lego Movie. I think franchise building is fairly appropriate to the property. I wonder if they'll all take place in Wil Ferrel's basement.

    Nice, that makes me feel better. Cool comparisons of the Edmonton photos. Although you'd think that the city would change a little after ~400 years and global war, it's a fun way to make it feel authentic and not-Japanese. Across it's history, Gundam is one of the few scifi shows that feels truly global.

    To me, it's a little too Flash Gordon - especially the lapel of the jacket. (I know, I know, SW takes a lot of inspiration from classic Flash Gordon serials...) That, and it was pretty much a given that Luke would grow a beard - it's visually consistent with the other wise Jedi Master characters. Having BOTH Luke & Han with beards? Maybe a bit much...
