I'm happy to report the QC on mine is top notch but by God is there a lot of paint you have to be very careful with at the top of battroid mode. I have no serious damage through one transformation but I can only assume I didn't scratch anything going back into fighter mode. I like Bandai's reinterpretation of the area in question as being red... sure allows for some peace of mind.

I would bet against that for the following reasons: 1) Freiya becoming sick is kind of an awful plot to focus a series on 2) Lady M is only a successful macguffin if she remains mysterious 3) Origin of Mikumo is laid out in Delta right? 4) Windermere is crippled at the end of Delta... they'd be mopped up in one battle 5) Bandai made the YF-30 and VF-19Advance and hasn't shown any care about mold milking or even reissuing so not finishing the Delta squad is probably shrug worthy to them (but I suspect they will since they did so many Frontier releases... including a YF-25 (seen for one second) and a VF-171 itasha DX toy). I thought NUNS bombed Windermere to destroy the PC ruins but Hayate's father intentionally botched the mission and dropped the bomb over a different target thus leaving the ruins intact and allowing Windermere to ultimately discover and harness the ruins. The suspicious merchant is a stereotypical arms dealing feeding two sides of a conflict for profit and trying to ensure no one wins. He ultimately has to side with NUNS/Delta because Windermere's victory would ensure the end of business. I think Roid was a poorly written character. He's bashed for being too slow and then he suddenly assassinates the king, is allowed to get away with it, and goes farther than the King had envisioned. He planned to use the PC ruins all along to achieve immortality (Windermereans all being hung up on their early deaths) but in order to get there he had to make sure the battle dragged out a bit resulting in his seeming timid until the pieces were in place and then being very aggressive. -

What bugs me most is that the head sits way too low (or the chest comes up way too high on either side of it). This will totally inhibit articulation and is just wrong. The proportions are also totally out of whack. It looks like a small man wearing a giant suit of armor in soldier mode.

You sure you have the right order number? My Messer super parts show "Release date 26-10-17"... they're not even in preparation in progress yet. I thought mine were but it's my Patlabor Zero that's in preparation in progress.

Evolution Toys just delayed their Legioss release for another month (per Nippon-Yasan). Means I have to wait another month for my PF Focker so it bums me out a bit. Maybe this will give me time to actually get around to reviewing their VF-2SS toys though before this toy drops.

This and the M&M wedding gift set are old customs, i think they've even been in these boards before. They are custom, not Takatoku. There are also VF-1D toys that got this treatment.

I used EMS... but I had it shipped with my Defender so they probably have to custom make a different box from me than most people....

Yeah, I would think they're shooting for $100 valks without fast packs an then like $125 with. That seems to be kind of a sweet spot.

I wish Season 2 was a completely different group and a totally different story, maybe with some tie-ins. I thought season 1 was excellent and self-contained.

Japanese second-hand shops... but they're all still MISB. Like after 2 months local stores sell their leftovers to other stores at breakeven pricing and then those stores can sell them at big discounts and still make a profit.

That 1/72 toy actually seems pretty promising... though I'm not a fan of the lights. Looks like maybe no extending foot gimmick.
