So, exciting times! Anymoon.com will be transition to 4K content beginning 1/1/2018 and my latest post has a few 4K pics in it. I treated myself to a new camera . I'm hoping early next year I'll also switch to 4K videos with a bit higher production values as well. Fingers crossed! In the meantime, I've got my Evo toys review up on anymoon.com. Here's a teaser pic:

Well, the Yamato backpack sits too low and it doesn't bother people so maybe it won't be a big deal. The Yamato V2 has good arm articulation.

They really did some good character building with Finn, Poe, and Kylo.

Anyone been able to keep the fingers on the hand when going back to fighter mode? I thought it would be possible but i've been struggling to make it happen and after seeing that split in half arm above, I'm not sure I want to try very hard.

I think the whole point is that SW WAS about the Skywalker family but their story is told so it's time for the series to move on. Kylo kept saying "out with the old" and I'm pretty sure a little of that was tearing down the 4th wall to tell the audience "This story needs to move on now". If they kill off Kylo in the next movie they will have successfully freed the SW story to go in any direction in a huge fun galaxy. I think that was what the last shot with the stable boy was implying also. Of course, they could always go back to the well and tell us Palpatine or Luke's mom had a huge extended family and start linking everyone up again.

That's a huge neck, wonder how that works or looks in fighter. Still waiting on my SD GBP.

I had the same hard point fail. Fortunately, the piece can be pegged back into place after the break... Obviously a bummer. Those arm pegs are no good. The knerdout guy had an arm off at the shoulder also right? ET seems really enamored with keeping pegs and trans as tiny as possible to the detriment if their products.

Excellent decision. For my part, I saw it, and oddly, I think it would have been better if it was more derivative of ESB. Only one joke felt really forced to me. The Porgs aren't nearly as invasive as Ewoks. The plot was tedious though, like the world's most boring chase scene. I'm not feeling any of the attempted chemistry for any of the characters. Also, where's Snoke’s backstory? It's like they crammed in so much they didn't have time for what was the lynchpin character. I won't say it was an awful film but it's far from my favorite.

Looks great to me and price is right. Wonder when traditional pre-orders will open.

Can you describe what broke and where? There have now been a few toys with breakages but I haven't really been able to see what's wrong with any of them so I don't know if they just are missing glue or if there's a piece of plastic that's prone to breaking somewhere. Would love to include that info in my review as mine is still in one piece (knock on wood).

Like is the new Yoda right? Yoda was funny. In watching it tomorrow before lunch... Very excited. Might have to watch TFA tonight.

Oh cool! That's a good reminder... I should update that as part of my ET review!

I'd be farther in my review if my Toynami MPC didn't fall apart... But I should have a review up this weekend. The worst part was that I didn't even transform the Toynami, the foot just fell off while taking fighter pics. The ET has survived transformation with no appendages falling off!

I think people having been staring at their Yamato V2s so long that they have come to think that that is what battroid mode is supposed to look like... this will give Bandai an uphill battle if they're trying to get this thing to look more like some of the older chunky art.

I have a toynami masterpiece Alpha that is starting to fall apart. Some of it looks fixable. Where would be a good place to get hobby screws? I don't want to buy 100, I'm probably going to need like 1 or 2, but I wouldn't be opposed to buying a small variety pack. the problem I'm having is that I need something with a diameter a little bigger than all the other Toynami screws while having a failry small head... the closest thing I could find was a motherboard screw but the head is too big on it.

I don't know about worst flaw, all I've done is pull it out of the box, get it in fighter mode (it ships with a couple pegs not in use to prevent breakage), and put it on a table. That was just immediately obvious. It's been sitting for a few days where I left it while I have been busy... I think it's settled more as the chest looked awfully low as I walked by it yesterday. Hoping to actually get to handle it this weekend.

I need to update my post with an epic arm failure pic of the 3zero when I have a moment. It's gorgeous and well engineered but they need to pay way better attention to materials. It's relegated to a delicately handled display piece that may still require maintenance.

They redid the nose on the 171 nightmare plus. This might be more invasive but I'm hopeful.

Mine is in the clear... But it should be more in the clear but it's sagging right behind the cockpit because of the silly pegging method. It's also resting on the points of the rear landing gear doors and I'm afraid to open them any further to prevent that. A peg on the bottom of the head, or using the head as a peg, might have done the trick to prevent the core sagging.

After spending a little more than a week with the Evolution Toys VF-2SS Sylvie, Nexx, and Faery, I finally opened up my ET Legioss. Of course I'm working now on a full review but I thought I'd just chime in with the first impression: 1) Better than the VF-2SS 2) Still waiting for a great Legioss toy As a huge Legioss fan, there are already a lot of minor issues that frustrate me and what makes it worse is that it seems like any fan of the Legioss design that handled the CMs toys and the Toynami would know some easy mistakes to avoid.. but ET just steps right into them. For example, the front of the craft doesn't peg in securely enough to the body. This means that when it's sitting on its landing gear it bows making the chest very close to the ground when it should have much more clearance. I do love the comically huge gun though and the front landing gear LOOKs good, especially in comparison to those VF-2 landing gear. The feet in fighter mode are an absolute "we give up" moment. Some day someone will figure out how to add some appropriate hinges and sliding mechanisms so those feet get to the right spot in fighter mode without looking too tiny in soldier mode. It's never a good sign that toys from this company are always jostled into terrible looking mistransformations during shipping with giant gaps that need to be pegged back in. Arcadia really spoiled me with VF-1 toys that look perfect in the box.
