As much as people complain about Yamato's QC issues, i would actually rather buy a toy that is very accurate and sleek looking with a few QC issues rather then a less accurate toy without QC issues. The Bandai DX just looks too bulky and chubby to me, the VF-25 in the show is much slimmer and sleeker looking in both modes. I wonder if Bandai is going to include features such as detailed and realistic looking retractable landing gear and opening canopy with removable pilot, i sure hope so.

Ah Limbless mode, kinda cool. Lets just hope it doesn't go limbless when its not supposed to...

Im still holding out for a possible second foldbooster set with a Ghost X9. And if not the ghost, atleast a Heavy Weapons Cluster set for the YF-19..

So this 1/72 VF-25 is a perfect transform model ? Anybody know if its a snapfit, pre-colored kit like most gundam kits are ?

I doubt its MG level of quality, it looks more like one of those 1/100 no-scale HG Gundam models. I will get 4 of these though if they are cheap enough, Ozma, Alto, Luca and Mikhail. Too bad it doesn't look like they come with FP's or armor.

Battroid looks too bulky and chubby for my taste, Bandai could have done a better job. Its not up to Yamato's level in terms of design but this may just be an early prototype so i'll reserve final judgement until i see the finished product. Its supposed to be slimmer.

They couldn't get it to fit comfortable in the box so they had to make the box 30% larger and thats why its delayed.........

Something i noticed, does Luca send some sort of signal to the Ghost fighters ? Does he guide them with his radar ? Sure looks like it as he has some sort of device that sends a signal to the ghost next to him.

VB-6 got some serious firepower and M25 has a gerwalk mode...sort of However am i the only one who thinks that M25 moves alittle to agile for such a large ship ?

Maybe there are some Anti-UN rebels still out there or something. They could be like pirates. They could have stolen the design and made these fighters or something. Okay i shouldn't let my imagination run wild like that...

Also about the animation, yes its worse then the first 5 eps but its still a masterpiece compared to western animated shows and if its only for a few eps then its no big problem. Though i really hope they crank it up a few notches in the next EP with all that action. I hope the battle lasts over multiple EP's too.

And also, they may not need to detach in order to transform unlike the YF-19/21 that has to ditch it to transform.

Why does the VF's need two foldboosters now ? Are they smaller then the M+/M7 ones or is it because they can travel farther with two ?

I like the armor on the VF-25 too, i just want the option of both. I have a 1/48 1J with GBP armor and sometimes i want to display it with the armor on , other times with it off. Thats how i want it with the 25 too. But i doubt Bandai is gonna be that stupid as to have it permanent.

Well there is no way im paying $100 - 200 for a 1/60 VF-25 that you cannot remove the armor on. The 25 looks so sexy without them. I wonder if Altos and Ozma's sell well they are gonna make Mikhail and Luca's too. If the quality is good i'll buy all 4.

I hope you are able to remove the armor on the Armored VF-25 and the superpacks on the other. Would be kinda sad if they were permanently attached.

Good episode. I wonder if there are other types of Vajira besides the Red Lobster and the squids. Maybe something bigger ? Maybe there are humanoids too. I wonder when we get to see the Koenig Monster in action. And how come the zentradi female turned into an annoying teen girl when she got micronized ?

Agree, they are called variable Fighters afterall, not variable Battroids. To me atleast its always fighter first, as realistic as they can get it. But it still needs to transform into a kickass robot. Legs doesn't bother me at all if it means a slim and sleek looking fighter. Best solution would have been to include an extra set of thicker, bigger legs for those who want to pose it mainly in B mode, like the extra hands for the TV-VF-1's.

My japanese ain't that good, could someone fill me in on what Alto and Ozuma are talking about in the hospital before Ozuma gets angry at Alto and his wound start to bleed again ?

Not too shabby if i may say so myself The girl with the blue headband in the SMS Hangar is she the pilot of the K Monster ? I seem to remember seeing her together on a photo next to the Monster somewhere. Hope to see some of those monsters in action soon by the way.
