Yup I'm here too. I agree about aired things being fair game. I don't mind spoilers being posted in the other thread as long as a warning would've been used...especially when it was leaked info....instead of just going and blabbing it out......KNOWING most people haven't seen it yet Anyway, been really loving this season. All the pain and suffering we've witnessed over the past 6 years is really paying off. I'm sure there is more to come....well beyond the one some of us now know. Of all the reunions thus far or meetings....I still think the Jon and Sansa reunion was the best. The music and cinematography was just amazing in that scene....from the shot of the gate opening with the snow falling revealing Brienne, Sansa, and Pod to the silent emotional look shared between Jon and Sansa....2 people that didn't particularly like each other when the show started. It was just amazing. I'm not even a big Sansa fan, but man did Sophie Turner act the hell out of that scene too. The emotion she conveyed in her face, after all Sansa had been through, was amazing. Probably hit even harder due to it being the first reunion and our first emotion release after getting kicked in the balls for so long. Still gotta be in my Top 5 moments of the whole series. Love that whole scene, and, unfortunately, I think it is often over looked. Chris- 316 replies

I always did wonder what the Soviets and later Russians called their Aircraft and such. Do they have official names like the West does for their aircraft? Chris

I believe Gilly took the book with them, along with the other books Sam had. Problem is, what if something happens to said books? That was the point in keeping them safe in the Citidel. Chris- 539 replies

While I did enjoy that scene....when did she become such an expert? She was still learning under Syrio Forel in S1 before the betrayal to House Stark. She didn't do much learning when she was going around Westeros. Then in Bravos she had to give up her sword. She did learn how to fight, hand to hand and use knives with the Faceless men but I don't recall sword training. She really fought like Syrio Forel, but I don't remember her becoming advanced like that. She is an assassin for sure, but an expert swordsman.... Chris- 539 replies

Yes they are, or at least on the standard Tomcat releases they are. I have their VF-1 Wolfpack F-14A and all weapons and pylons are separate. Chris

I missed that they have different types of shock cannons. Cool. Chris

Yup, you're right. Look at the blister just under the atmospheric wings...it is significantly less bulbous since the hull sticks out further. Make that change number 6. Chris

Yes, the 5 differences I can see are: 1. The "Bow Crown" is different....more smooth 2. The "water-line" is higher and now goes through the middle torpedo hatch. 3. New AA guns around the rear secondary turret. Originally it was 1 large triple turret per side. Now it looks like 3 dual turrets per side. 4. Some sort of detail/observation windows underneath the rear secondary turret. 5. Larger Wave motion engine nozzle. That's what I have noticed. Chris

Same here. I'm not hating what I'm seeing, though, it's hard to tell what is going on, but I refuse to play CBS's game and pay when the rest of the world gets to watch with an already commonly used service. Chris

Blackaces, will these releases have the D variant chin pod that you used on the WF releases, or will it just be a straight up repaint of their B model release? Chris
-
Yeah no kidding, I already have their VF-14 TopHatters on pre-order, plus HM's Su-35 'Red 06' is coming out around then too. OUCH! Chris
-
Calibre just posted the suggested retail for these on their FB page. $135. That's what their standard releases are, so not bad.
-
Thanks for the info Blackaces! @seti88, yeah I hear ya' on the prices for Calibre. I have their VF-1 Wolfpack (squadron) F-14A. Like I said above, it is the best diecast Tomcat out there but needs some improvements that Calibre has said they will be implementing on their next 2 Tomcats. I'm interested in these U.N. Spacy liveries, but like you said...they are already at a premium price for regular Navy squadrons. I am definitely interested in seeing what they can do with a diecast non-transforming VF-1 Valkyrie....er.....Veritech (since this is Robotech) Chris
