Another image of the T-85 from the upcoming Haynes Rebel starfighter book. I absolutely LOVE this design. I so want a model of it. Chris -
Honestly, I think what sets people off is FPjr toeing the line that all complaints are due to Rey being a girl and Sexism. It’s inaccurate and incredibly insulting. When you start a rant from there it’s hard to hear the rest. In today’s world people are “painting with far to broad a brush”. My 2 cents. Chris

Sorry, I’m new to diecast cars. Aircraft are usually my thing so I don’t have a minichamps car. Reviews online said that these newer Burago’s are pretty good and I’m pleased with it. I may get an earlier season Ferrari now too. Chris

Wasn’t Kirk supposed to be the youngest Captain in Star Fleet history? Still, looks like fun. Edit: Rosa Salazar is 34 so I guess that still leaves Kirk as the youngest at 32. Chris

Yup, I remember that too, it was Mr. Scott’s Guide great book if you love the Refit design like I do. I also heard the Yorktown as well but I forget the source. Either way, the E-A is a rechristened Connie likely straight out of overhaul and Refit. Chris

Totally don’t need to see the E. Just saying that IF the Enterprise makes an appearance let it just be the E-E. Chris

IF you want to get real about it....the way Captains in Trek stay with ships for SOOOO long is really odd. Even in Wartime, skippers are rotated off of ships regularly, just look up CV-6 Enterprise’s history on Wikipedia, she changed captains regularly. Maybe a cruise or 2 then on to a new command. With the VAST amount of officers Starfleet has, that would make far more sense to give career progression opportunities to good people. Given the nature of Star Fleet I can understand a longer assignment for a deployment....maybe not the length of Kirks 5 year mission, but a year maybe 2 then back to port for repairs, upgrades, ect and a new command staff would make far more sense. Like you said, the stagnation of the command staff is appalling, and purely done for TV purposes......but it really does make no sense. Chris

Yeah, I’d much prefer the Enterprise E to still be operational in this series. Get some life out of these ships for once. Chris

Yeah, that new Poe X-Wing does look very accurate for a T-70. But, $100 is pretty steep. Hopefully it’ll go on sale. I’m finding I really do want it as, as I’ve said before, I like the T-70 quite a bit. Wish they’d make a model of the T-85 too. That thing looks like a brute! Chris -

This is a true restoration. Not just a “vintage” Mustang rebuilt and repainted as different aircraft. This is a WWII combat flown aircraft with confirmed kills, including a 262, to the airframe. RESTORED to her wartime colors. https://www.pacificwrecks.com/aircraft/p-51/44-72364.html Chris

Here’s a more complete lineup of Bandai’s upcoming kits. With pictures. Mostly just recolored repops. https://www.bluefinbrands.com/blog/post/star-wars:-the-rise-of-skywalker-model-kits Chris -
Got mine and it’s gorgeous! Though the swing bar is maddening and disengages on a whim. Much more so than the 1J’s. So much so that it is fairly difficult to get back on and have it stay on when transforming back to fighter. Kind of aggravating. Chris

I was thinking the same thing. At this price point this is a no go for me. I too would have preferred a standard PF with this corrected color and markings for less $$. Oh well, enjoy it for everyone else that loves it. Chris
