    Been doing lots of builds lately. Almost finished 2 Bandai X-Wings (Reds 2 and 6) and just started the new R2 1/1000 Discover Enterprise. Doing all the paneling on the Enterprise with artist pencils by hand. the base coat is MM acrylic Aluminum. EVERYTHING else is pencil work. Chris

    The silhouette is not encouraging to me as it seems to show a lot of rough edges on the bottom of the jet likely indicating a lot of bot kibble on the underside. Chris

    Good review but you skipped Showing the chest/torso rotation step. Also the intake panels on the back rotate up onto the back sealing up the cavity. Chris

    Ironically, the part of the transformation that I was looking forward too the most is probably the biggest PITA in practice for me....the frigging cockpit. Getting the nose over the cockpit is tough for me for some reason like there is not enough clearance. Once in soldier mode I can never get the canopy open because the swing bars on either side block it. (Maybe I’m doing something wrong when transforming it. ) Then when transforming back to fighter getting the cockpit to lock back into place is such a pain. Not sure if the pegs on the sides of the cockpit are just a bit too long thus making it hard to get into place. Don’t want to sand them and then it will be too loose. Chris

    Ok I seriously doubt they will understand this but I’m giving it a try anyway. I submitted a ticket to upgrade the shipping of the VF-0D order to UPS while also asking to down grade my shipping on my SSP set to SAL Ferry and then apply the Shipping cost refund to the shipping of the VF-0D to try and save some money. What are the odds they will understand that? Lol! Chris

    Yeah, what’s the point in keeping it clear if it has THAT on the inside surface! Just paint it black or dark blue or something. Chris

    Hey, I actually really like the T-70 X-wings and it makes sense that a successful fighter design would continue on in new variants. Happens in real life and in other franchises too. Chris

    One last thing....you guys may want to make sure you can still log in at HLJ, old passwords may not work there anymore and you need to go through a password reset. Hate for anyone to get cart jacked because they couldn’t log in there.

    I’m now 2 for 2 with preorder madness got both the 1j and Hikaru 1S at AmiAmi, and failed miserably with the Max and Roy. Still got a max from a kind MW member though. Chris
