What a great idea! I wonder where they got the idea to have multiple networks providing content under one service that people can pay to have access too?

Is it short 2 AMRAAMs? Maybe they’re already attached for some reason. Chris

Yup, from what it sounded like from the article the criticism came from 1 group. Like everything these days, companies bow to any criticism now as long as it fits a certain criteria, no matter if a majority disagrees with said criticism. “Activism” is out of hand these days. If a certain type of group has a problem, all must kneel. The mob must be satisfied. Chris

Yeah that Testor’s stuff is still good for large assemblies. The tamiya liquid stuff is great in a lot of applications but does dry in the air really quick which makes it difficult for say the saucer of a starship etc. Oh, and to this day the smell of Testor’s cement takes me back to childhood...and no I’m not talking about sniffing glue! Lol Chris

Yuuuup, that’s what I was talking about with the already tiny tabs having nearly a third of them removed to make room for wiring. INSANE isn’t it!? Chris

Yikes! I have Bad memories of trying to build that kit too...all related to getting those damned nacelles to stay in the right position thanks to the tiny tabs relative to the large amount of weight they support. I had and built 3 old refits...the ST IV version, the lights and sound version which was an utter disaster as I had and still have no clue how to build lighted models, and then this ST VI version. The Lighted version made things far worse with the pylon tabs, IIRC, as it removed some of the already too small tab to make room for wiring. Something this STIV kit still has I believe. Good luck Peter! Chris

Surprisingly Mavericks F-14 mode doesn’t look all that bad for a Transformer. The canopy is way off for an F-14 but a little repaint can help that a little. I suspect the the trench in between the engines will have the arms stowed there like the VF-1. This is inaccurate for an F-14. A shame the didn’t use the 4 Phoenix missiles on there pallets to be the arms. Would have been a clever work around. Overall better than I was expecting, but it definitely needs a repaint. Looking good Peter! I also built the DYRL SDF-1 a little over a year ago. It’s a really nice kit, too bad they phoned in the TV version. I have the tv version almost complete but held off finishing it until I could get a hold of the TV Storm Attacker kit that has more accurate bow parts. I JUST got that kit last week finally! Chris

I surprised that the maverick transformer is not HORRIBLE. The alt mode isn’t all that bad, though they are probably taking pictures from angles that hide a lot of kibble. If the kibble is too bad, a little bit of paint will go a long way to make the alt mode “slightly” more accurate, namely the canopy. Chris

So Noel said they’d give the discount and that Cally will invoice. Cally emailed me yesterday asking me to verify my delivery address so she could invoice me. Haven’t received my invoice yet. Did any other late comer get their invoice yet?
