  1. Did your shipments have the plastic corner pieces on the corners of the model box to give it some protection/rigidity while inside the shipping box? Mine did and still got a little banged up but nothing even close to what you guys got. Chris
  2. Mine arrived today as well. Thankfully, my box wasn’t so beat up...slightly beat up but nothing like that! Yikes. As for the model itself, it is an absolute thing of BEAUTY! Calibre has really out done themselves! Absolutely gorgeous. The weathering is amazing for a mass produced item. Hats off to you Noel and Calibre. Chris
  3. Lol! Well he IS alone and we can’t see what his other arm is doing. Chris
  4. Damn that stinks! Don’t worry, I’m more excited than mad. Blessed I can afford frivolous things like this. Chris
  5. Kervert
  6. Whoa cool! Also....he said they built a “Full-size” model of the DS2!!!!! Where the heck is that at?! Chris
  7. Damn, that’s a good one! Lol Chris
  8. Still no delivery, dear Lord this is taking soooo long. Chris

  11. Shipped out via ferry over 2 months ago. Still no update on tracking. Chris
  12. Still waiting for my VF-0D from Nippon Yasan.
  13. I enjoyed it too. My 12yr old daughter liked it too. In fact she liked it enough she wants to see the first 2. Chris
  14. Thought the same exact thing. Chris
  15. @Chas your Legioss’s look great! @Return To Kit Form the weathering on your kit looks awesome! Chris
  16. I have the standard issue Roy VF-1S and it is a beauty. I really wanted the M&M 1J’s but the identical model ‘101’ on both of them really put me off. I do have the low-vis 1S pre-ordered and will probably get the Hikaru 1J and CF. I already have 8 Cal Tomcats too! Keep up the good work Noel! Also, do you have plans for super and strike pack VF-1’s? Chris
  17. Same. USPS says Estimated Monday delivery. So excited. Chris
  18. Thanks for the compliments everyone @Chas, no blinking lights, but there are motors in the bussard collectors that have a spinning function. Haven’t had a chance to do the last thing I need to do yet so final pictures still to come. Also, I nudged it the wrong way on the stand and it separated the lower secondary hull seem! AAAARG, it’s glued back together but now there is a noticeable seem again that will require putty and sanding and there is a lot of detail drawn on there. I don’t know, I may just leave it. I’m also considering painting over the large window on the front of the bridge. On the show it can go opaque when needed or be clear during non emergencies. So the bridges view screen/window is actually recessed far behind the hull window. I guess the space in between is some form of lounge. I think I may prefer the opaque look instead of The large glowing window It is now. I’ll have to think on it as there will be no turning back. I received my next kit today, just waiting for the aftermarket replacement and detail parts to arrive.....Moebius U.S.S. Kelvin. They are the same scale and actually size well together too. I think they’ll look great together...the top of the line Heavy Cruiser next to an old work-horse War veteran Destroyer
  19. The Enterprise is just about done. Just a few more touch-ups. Here are a few peaks. Better detailed pictures coming soon. Chris
  20. I still haven’t received my direct order yet and my shipping status hasn’t updated since the 10th. Several other direct order people have received theirs so hoping soon. Did the Mule receive their shipment too? Chris
  21. No that wasn’t me. I’m no longer on FB. Chris
  22. My “MonaCat” is particularly bad that way....especially the the wing glove pylons. The magnetic attachment can’t come fast enough for me. Chris
  23. Aaaaarg, still nothing here. Looks so good. Chris
